@@GTAnativeInXboxAndPlayStation They didn't have issues until she asked for a pay raise. She missed several shows as a somewhat "strike" to get such raise, and John was annoyed she held up production. It backfired, she was let go. John didn't have issue with her before that tho

I think part of the idea is that, while you might not be friends with everyone or such, spending years in close proximity to people you actively hate seems unfathomable. Especially those cases where its the two leading actors/actresses for long periods of time, like 'Golden Girls' or 'Laverne and Shirley'.

Tina Louise didn't think much of "Gilligan's Island", and didn't think much of the rest of the cast either. Russell Johnson, Bob Denver and Dawn Wells all spoke of how she made the rest uncomfortable at a minimum.

Lea Michele is no surprise. However, after "Glee", Lea Michele went on to "Scream Queens". Ryan Murphy must have seen something about her to be redeemable. Emma Roberts was even quoted as saying Lea Michele "was so down to earth". Will Smith, from what I have heard, is very hard to work with no matter what role he was or is in. I think when someone points this out, his ego does get in the way.

The fact that Ryan chose to work with Lea, a well known bully, and Emma Roberts; who was also a bully, and a full on abuser is living proof that birds of a feather really do flock together. Wills not perfect, but I've heard WAY nicer things about him on set. When it comes to the dilemma with Janet Hubert, people need to remember that Will wasn't the only one she had a problem with. Alfonso Ribeiro once roasted her during a stand-up special and she read him for filth online. Homegirl called him everything, but a child of God. At the reunion, she and Will patched things up, but when he brought her on set with the rest of the cast, Alfonso had to "leave" early.

Big mistake on the part of decision makers in regards to The Fresh Prince getting rid of Janet. After the real Aunt Viv was forced out, the show when downhill. She played that role and demonstrated what the character of a smart, classy confident and strong black women looks like. And I might add, she was the only one on the show that had good sense and wasn't some goofy caricature type, except for Ashley. And nothing against Daphne Maxwell Reid, but not only did she look nothing like Aunt Viv, she played no significant role. There was very little interaction with her and the kids or Uncle Phil. she was mostly passing through the room with maybe one line. I stopped watching.

I don't think Will is an awful person. I think he's someone who has made a TON of mistakes and needs an Uncle Phil more in real life than he did on the show.
