Can we just take a Moment to appreciate Ashly for having to deal with a partner who was not committed at all; to the show or her, for being gracious, not complaining about him, and for working with what she had (only 20 hours of rehearsal time all together) wth? then he had the nerve to say the Judges were being personal? seriously, if he cant take the heat stay out of the kitchen. don't go on a competition show if you can't handle constructive criticism. I love how Len said it though "the viewers think they are being kind by bringing you back, they are not. they are being cruel to you, to Ashly, to the Judges". I love Len Goodman

Other than Jodie and Evanna, I know Keo hasn’t gotten any other really good partners, but I honestly think when they paired him with Lolo Jones (Olympic Athlete), Jennie Finch (Olympic Athlete), and that young model who did that Carl’s Jr. car wash commercial, the producers had his best interest at heart. The partners weren’t good, but I do think the show thought they were helping by pairing them with him. At first glance they did seem promising (athletic, in shape, young, strong, etc). Sometimes I wonder if it’s his teaching style? I know he’s an amazing dancer and good choreographer... but maybe his teaching methods could be improved? I just thought if Peta could get to the finals with Tommy Chong then there’s hope for anyone 😂

I WAS WRITING AN ESSAY ABOUT KEO IN MY MIND THEN I CHECKED THE COMMENTS AND NOW I HAVE TO MANIFEST IT. If you watch some of the early pros Keo was with, obviously they can't keep up because they primarily gave him women who can't dance at all, but if you focus on him specifically you'll notice that he is SO articulate and precise in his dancing, so good that he reminds me of Derek. Time went on and he would sometimes get a partner, sometimes they'd throw him in troupe, but whenever he'd get a partner it'd be someone that's (sorry) old and he would outdance them, so much that he got complaints to tone it down. Finally he gets paired with Jodie Sweetin who was his first partner he had a good shot with, except now the complaints roll in that Keo can't choreograph, Keo isn't showing Jodie's potential, despite the fact that people complained he outdanced his partners.......then Jodie paired with Val for a number and I remember prior to this everyone was saying "oh finally Val gets the chance to show Jodie's potential", and yes their dance was very good, but I looked at it compared to her dances with Keo and it wasn't that drastic of a difference, Jodie was good either way. After watching his season with Evanna Lynch, I personally think Keo's a good choreographer, but to insert some reason: Val has won DWTS twice, been in the finale lots of times, and has choreographed dances for his partners that are anywhere from simple to incredibly complex, yet Keo gets about 2 good partners in his years on the show (when they didn't banish him to the troupe) and you expect his choreography to be the same? Although being a good choreographer comes from having a natural talent for it, there's something to be said about experience, and Val has been given the opportunity by DWTS to build up his resume and skills while Keo has not whatsoever. His season with Evanna was definitely a game changer: after they told him he outdanced too much or couldn't teach or couldn't choreograph, and after he either got an older woman or was put in troupe, he finally got a solid partner who could handle some advanced choreography and they did great together. I remember one time in the loft before they got their scores ( I believe it was the semi finals), Evanna thanked Keo for teaching her so well and Erin commented on how this was the farthest he'd ever come in the competition, and as the whole ballroom applauded, he broke down into tears because he was so thankful. So here's my pitch to DWTS: If you really care about inclusivity enough to fire the spectacular Tom and Erin in favor of Tyra Banks, STOP MISTREATING KEO MOSTEPE. He is your first black professional dancer on your show, and not only that but he is dark skinned so even less represented, and you have continuously given him partners where he has to make his incredible dancing simpler, make very basic routines, and get eliminated within the first few weeks. This guy is a gem not just in dance but as a person too, and if you gave him a Zendaya, or a Meryl, or a Laurie, he'd get to dance with all the potential he has been forced to hide, perform complex choreography, and shine as the star he is. That's all for now, just hoping this pattern changes at some point

I remember watching Steve Wozniak getting a 4 3 3 for his Cha Cha, but I never really remembered the dance itself. Watching it back years later, I think the judges scores were VERY harsh. For a man his size (and in his late 50s) to do that move when he walked backwards and spun on his knees is impressive in and of itself. If that dance was done today, it would probably net 5's instead of 3's.

The fact that Artem won last year becoming the first pro to win on both sides of the Atlantic means he's shown Mischa - it really was just her. Ironically Pata Pata was the debut dance of the couple who won Strictly last year - the pro Oti became the first one to win back to back. The guy was quite a famous comedian called Bill Bailey and he was like Bobby Bones with talent, modesty, a work ethic and an ability to play musical instruments. He's also Strictly's oldest winner.

The only thing that kinda helps these bad dances is the fact that some people actually tried, like the gentleman at number 6 was okay 😂

Dancing isn't easy - it takes tons of work and commitment. In a perverse way, I actually like seeing people find out they can't just fake their way through it.

But I hope you do an updated list later because I'm pretty sure all of Chrishelle's dances could make it on this list lol.

As a British person who's only really watched the British equivalent of this show (Strictly Come Dancing) I thought it would be interesting to see if the American one's as good. I've only really seen clips of Alfonso Ribeiro doing his Carlton dance on this version. (He even judged the British show for one week in 2018 and 2019 when Bruno was off doing this.) I also know that Len used to judge the British show before moving to America. Any other year Bruno would hop on a plane and switch between the two shows but he's now got to remain in the States due to travel restrictions. Here's what I think of each of your picks: 20. What Charo did would almost never happen in Ole Blighty! 19. That song they danced to (Pata Pata) has actually been used for one of the dances this year. It was done by Bill Bailey. And he did it better. 18. WTF?! 17. Haha she's just walking about! 16. Again, WTF? 15. I LOL'd when they all formed a conga line. 14. The term "dad-dancer" springs to mind. 13. It was given to Quentin Willson for his cha-cha-cha. The only difference was that we have four judges, and they gave the scores of 1, 1, 3, and 3. And "You look like a child lost in a supermarket looking for his mother" - Oh Bruno, things just ain't the same without you.
