Thanks! The challenging part with Gus Rica is that he had way less covers than those other big artists and they are from runs that are pretty scarce (like Dynamic and Punch) so you’ve gotta keep your eyes open for them when they pop up.

@@AutomaticComicsI did not realize how many Batman books you have. I do remember that Det 38 though. That’s still an impressive book. I also really like that Seven Seas issue. That’s one I’d like to have in the PC. But my goal still will always be the AF15. Kinda jealous of yours! Also I have said before and totally agree, the Punch 12 issue you have with the cover condition just adds more depth and character to that cover. It just fits perfectly. Happy collecting!

Definitely not any firm rules to it. I kind of do it as a rough percentage of my total inventory. Basically what can I justify to myself not putting up for sale. Then as I get more expensive books, that total number I keep has to drop.

Yeah, that often happens and people make the mistake of thinking “oh, maybe this book is more common than I thought”, then one doesn’t come up again for like 2 years lol. Definitely got to go after them when you get the chance because when they get in that new collector’s hands it often doesn’t leave again for a long time.

No, the keeper list doesn’t really work that way. I cut my chamber 19 and black cat 50 before I cut that one and those books are worth many times what the Okajima is worth.
