I’m not going to hate, everyone has there opinion. In sports, I hate having “today’s team” shoved down my throat. However, something is not cliche if it is a fact. In. My opinion: Beethoven is the best, followed by Mozart. Berlioz should be on the list, 25 is okay, but he belongs. It got very personal from 10-1. I mostly agree. I’m not dissing, it is what pleases the ear.

@pfizerpflanze
@pfizerpflanze 3 ай бұрын
There are actually some inconsistencies in the list, because for example Full Moonlight sonata, as reported by the previous comment, has over 200mln views, and Shostakovich's Waltz no2 is missing, but if you have never heard Nessun Dorma before is just an important lack of knowledge, because it is very famous and it appears also in several film soundtracks. I'm pretty sure the version with so many views is sung by the tenor Luciano Pavarotti and could be a little bit biased towards the Italian people, but I didn't check.
@Henri.d.Olivoir
@Henri.d.Olivoir 3 ай бұрын
@@pfizerpflanze Yes, indeed. I have almost no interest in opera and 20th century music, much less in 20th century opera, so by the time I wrote that comment I did not know that piece. I do not think, however, that something such as an "important lack of knowledge" exists in regards to music and arts, a theme that is always very subjective. Everyone has their own objective in mind when it comes to music. I, for instance, wish to deepen myself in the world of romantic orchestra and, far more strongly, piano music; as such, knowledge of 20th century opera (although romantic) is not something I need really, especially since Italian music rarely pleases me enough.
