My 2010 ninja 250 r with a full jet kitting and roaring toys exhaust sounded like an f1 car at 14,000rpm. Had a bit of work done but nothing too major. Fastest 250 in sc for a while til i sold it and dude dumped it in a ditch within 600 miles. It really depends on how it's cammed and how big it is. The smaller motors tend to sound more like proper inline 4 while the bigger 650ish class have a growl. Also something like a nc700x that has one exhaust port for two cylinder vs twin ports... lots of factors. Im going to produce some videos on mine just to show the difference.
