I just did 2 runs on my third character- Hunter…I got back to back Inmost/Coyote😅. At least one was a 1999 - didn’t know it’s a pinnacle🙌.

@@ImInfinix its surprisingly been my favorite one for GrandMaster NF or other end-game content. it synergies so well having the extra dodge keeps empowered ability regen up and with gamblers dodge, you always have melees up to use to reproc empowered abilities

I've gotten a few good ones, a standout to me personally was inmost light and sixth coyote together. This is mainly to make up for a bugged interaction where ascension does not function with inmost light. Double dodge allows for free use of ascension or dodge to continue inmost light, and general abillity spam. Its been pretty solid.

My first one I got was Inmost/Syntho and my 2 titan friends were pretty upset haha. Works well with just chain throwing pris nade/stasis melees while also using auto loading weapons just makes you inherently do good damage. Also add tether on to it for 30%

Spirit of Assassin and Gyrfalcons is a good combo. It allows you to swap the stylish execution with threaded specter, allowing you to spam multiple strand dummies and create a threadling army! Plus volatile rounds for extra explosions!

While he said he is not a fan of Duskfield.. my prismatic Stasis hunter LOVES InmostLight and Coyote is constant abilities and constant duskfield.. slow and shatter EVERYTHING

I have the Inmost Light/Cyrtarachne combo. It doesn't sound fancy at first, but since it provides insane grenade uptime and top tier damage reduction, it just opens up so many options. You can use any grenande. You can use any super since you have Woven Mail all the time, so orb pickup for DR is not relevant. You could even move away from Combo Blow. I know, it's insane..

I have the galanor gayfalcon roll, it kicks ass so nice to have tether back and also volatile rounds back so easily different way to proc volatile you need to damage with an ability first but once you get round the not dodging to gain volatile loop your sweet

I havent been very lucky with these drops. So far the most stacked cloak I got is renewals + cyrtarachne. 1 duskfield gives you 22% dr frost armor and 35% woven mail dr.

Does anyone know if the 25% Foetracer boost is based off of the “super” subclass. Or the ability you use? If I’m using stasis super do only stasis guns get 25% but anytime I get ability kills? Or is it specific to the ability type I get the kill with?

I'm one of those annoyingly lucky gamers who ran their first dual destiny on hunter last night and got Caliban/Liar. I can confirm it is absolutely hilarious. In on level content it goes wild. I think master raids would be fine to use it in, but probably not GMs. aboveHappy

The argument of “Foetracer is bad because I can just run surge mods” is so misguided IMO. To do that you have to omit crucial buildcrafting and survivability mods like innervation/ invigoration and recuperation. Having an exotic perk grant you more damage on it’s own while also being able to run those mods should not be overlooked.

Or you can just do a loadout swap. Almost all raid bosses have enough downtime before starting dps where you can easily swap your loadouts

One of my favs is assasin + synthos. Run cold dodge plus clone on punch build. Good ad clear and the constant clones are fun. Switch between that and my caliban synthos

Galanor also works well on silence and squall (50% return). Coyote is great with winter's shroud for the guaranteed freeze as well.

Honestly I find it interesting in dropping synth for Hunter. The way that you described it being that it lowers the damage which is not true it just gives you a 30% buff compared to 165% if using combination. Now I also wouldn't knock off synth because the question you have to ask is what grenade you're using. If you're using Grapher then the grapple Melee gets the 165% buff.

Hmmm for the grapple melee dps you say it work by starting dps after you run out of invis but in the video he clearly nerver get invis before he started to spam those 999k damage melee... He just cast super and then start dps what im missing?

Haven't watched so gonna laugh if it's in the list, but my third exotic class item was heart of in most and woven mail on grenade. Fully clycling abilities multiple times when in transcendence, still steady out of it, grenades do over 100k and give you 40% damage reduction, got void overshields, amplified radiant and restoration. Shit be crazy this season 😂

I got it on my first drop and honestly it may be my favorite combo. I don't even hesitate when grappling into enemies, woven mail and then frost armor from picking up the orb just makes you unkillable.

I am not sure where this is viable. In Content with Ads that die quickly to Melee you don´t need that Survivability. Healing from CB and Protection from Purpose should be enough. In harder Content you want more Weapon DPS or Ability Regen and Survavibility. But if this is the roll for you then have fun.

@@BeruntoBsy Yeah its gonna be fun in low game content, just nuking the map. And in end game content thats where survivability kicks in with frost armor and woven mail on demand. The melee will still ignite the enemys and most of my synergy and weapons will play into igniting and exploding. So this will still be valuable. I dont like the roll and punch builds because thats really boring, even if it might be better. PS: ability regen is also no problem since i can get transcendent really quick

love spirit of cyrtarachne + inmost light, pair it with buried bloodline for infinite sustain, or spec into transcendent for infinite grenade spams

I have inmost light/crytarachne but I vaulted it because I thought renewal/crytarachne was the way to go for damage resistance. Glad I saw this video. Many thanks. 🙏

Renewal+crytar seems better, you get 50% DR when enemies are in your duskfield, then you also get 30% DR from woven mail for using the duskfield, simply make orb pickups and ability use grant grenade energy and have 100 discipline and 1-2 grenade kickstarts and imost light won't be needed.

I think the key thing about caliban is that the ignition happens after you get the kill, whereas on arc the jolt happens on the first punch and can steal the kill from you. I've moved away from the slow dodge on my caliban+liar build tho as the ignition would shatter my frozen targets, I find that the strand specter is pretty slept on, it's basically another form of invis but for the whole team

If you got assassin's spirit and liar's spirit combo, you can also go invis and have decoy that damages enemies. Which is fun, but there's no fiery explosion, only ice explosion on 2 dodges (and stringy explosion too)

dragon+Liar is one of my favorite, still lookin for caliban+liar caliban+syntho and Hoil+Liar. But yeah dragonshadow is crazy on one two punch double special tractor loadout... You dont have to worry about reload and handling at all and you can just tun lead from gold shotty and rocket sidearm. Voltshot will make it easy to get amplified + invis without using melee (for endgame). My next favorite probly goin to be hoil + liar when i get it . I understand you can take 5min to manual reload your shotgun + tractor and stay alive in like 80% of content. In gm or endgame master raid etc its a pain to reload

Inmost light + Snythos + threaded spike is the best grapple melee build in the game rn. Galanor makes a lot of sense too though if you are going for highest tether uptime

Inmost Light & Cyrtarachane was my chase, I spent an unhealthy time farming for it, and when I finally got it nearly cried. It synergizes so well for Ability Spam builds. Withering Blade and Grapple basically Slow/Freeze and Unravel everything. Paired with Winters Shroud and Stylish Executioner. Very fun build.

I hadn't touched Heartshadow since I got the catalyst way back when the dungeon came out and now that I got lucky with gyrfalcon's foetracer where you can make your grenade void and your melee void, I am now a Heartshadow main. It cooks and is the one sword option besides Lament where you actually have survivability whilst doing boss/major dps

@@Chestermayfire You get both surges. Run foetracer with The Call with desperate measures. You can get 4x surge, 3x desperate measures, and radiant from one threaded spike. I also use the void SMG unforgiven with frenzy/demo to build into verity. I believe death throes also buffs gunpowder gamble.

Inmost light + Coyote while being generally good for ability spam, the combo really pops off when you transcend, you are just spamming the grenade and abilities like a madman, throw on the threaded specter and slow dodge aspect and you can freeze a group of enemies and blow them up with a bunch of threadlings, run with withering blades and you have 2 abilities with 2 charges then run buried bloodline to get devour to charge grenade faster, silence and squall to get frost armor ofc

Spirit of verity on hunter is great against atheon. The arc sticky already does 180k with nothing added, 210k with tractor. Add verity, and it's doing at least 400k every grenade.

yes...almost anything but caliban will work much better (unless you're solo), instead of deleting everything you can pick away at them while slowing/freezing or dropping clones everywhere if that's ur thing...much easier for the non-ATP level players! lol

Since your combination blow + gambler's dodge loop takes care of both of their cooldowns, HOIL's benefit is solely for your grenade's regen. Not bad, and would certainly have a lot of x2 stack uptime, but the benefit is lost on 2/3 of your abilities. None of Prismatic Hunter grenades really stand out to me as "I really want my grenades back all the time while doing dodge -> punch -> repeat" grenades, either.

Caliban liars and Caliban synthos. Can’t decide which one I like more.. if you use Caliban synthos, make sure u try to eliminate the yellow bar first.. cause once those enhancements run out.. gg.. liars is prolly a lil more consistent imo but won’t get the boss damage that synthos gives

Caliban liar is combination blow, caliban synthos is for every throwing melee, the withering blade is fun with it on top of gunpowder gamble and grapple, ascension or threaded Specter

I know stylist ex seems like the play but try treaded spector I know u loose out on damage but u also gain damage with threadlings nd u r pretty much invisible with 12 decoys on the field

When you have combo blow stacks, syntho will only give a 30% stackable damage buff instead of the usual 165%

I say as someone who plays both pvp and pve I got both #1 rolls for pve and pvp: 1. caliban+liars 2. ophidian+coyote I would trade them both for a god roll igneous. I went through about 400 adept igneous since s22. I was not able to get my 5/5 keep away+pi or keep away+eots/mt. I would trade both exotic class god rolls for that Iggy.

I had a 3/5 that because of the glitch day one of TFS was able to correct it to a 5/5 with keep away PI. I’m a pulse main though so I’ve barely used it. Fixed up a blast furnace/ Elsie’s/ Lunas howl to all be 5/5 god rolls too. Just waiting for those to all get fixed one random patch day though. Good luck to you. Also consider Ophidians/ liars. I think decoys will get some nerfs again at some point

Yes! That means you can get rid of stylish executioner and use the strand clones

Not sure about facet of balance, particularly with combination blow. It grants melee energy for rapid light kills, which you're getting back for free when you dodge. You need to get darkness kills to get grenade energy back, and if you're just arc punching everything, you aren't getting them. Sure, you can stop and shoot stuff with The Call, but that's an anti-synergy with combo to me. It doesn't benefit from the combo blow loop at all....unless you run ruin for the shatter kills i suppose. But that's two fragments, and it's only going to work on trash mobs. I think balance needs a buff - i've read it's 3 red bars - doesn't demo give 10% per kill with primaries and rocket sidearms? Makes balance seem a bit undertuned.

I think Caliban and Liar is cope. You don't need the ignition. Everything dies anyway. I think Renewal and Liars together is heavily slept on. Having access to that damage reduction is way more useful in higher content in my opinion.

yep same for me i think its a waste . Another thing no1 is talking about is dragonshadow\Liar. 1 of my favorite now when running double special and tractor i dont have to worry about handling and reload so i can go with lead from gold on my one two punch and my volt shot rocket side arm. Reloadin weapon is pain on one two punch tractor build when you do endgame and be fast is the key to stay alive Actualy dragon shadow reloadd all weapon + 100 reload and handling for all weapon + a 0.7x reload and handling , all this for 11sec after every shadestep .

Buffs grapple by the normal 165%, and buffs punch by 30%. Like I said, very good all around roll.
