Well known plc Estate agent has 2 properties on for the same price, 20k more expensive than similar properties sold in last 6 months. Agent highly discouraged me to 1 property stated it needs 30k of work etc etc. Why has he overpriced it?

Then he came inside and started to talk about high end quality .. well let me tell you one thing .. there are no end caps on the double glazing window sills !!! Look at the start of the video and pay attention to the window sills and you will see the end caps are missing !!! Just saying !!!!!!!!!!!

It's now very difficult to make money developing. Auction fees for the buyer are now sky high, a rip off in fact. Add that to the stamp duty and selling fees and you've wiped out your potential profit margin.
