I've been going to sleep for 5-6 hours lately cause of work but for real, I feel great. It's about consistency and going to sleep at the same time every day and waking up at the same time every day. Don't sleep for 3 or 4 but 6 is good and remember to stay consistent rather than calculating hours.

very simple carbs like sugars basically digest very well and easily and rise your energy levels a lot for a short time then fall down again. more complex carbohydrates take more time to digest, don't give a insane energy level peaks but last longer. both are still same calories, but you should want to consume more complex carbs and only simple carbs before or after working out
