1996 году слепил себе полуавтомат из-подножных железяк ,варил практически также! Из полупроводников 6 диодов 3 тиристора И никаких тебе многочисленных режимов фронтов спадов около пуда весом во время сварки шипел

Это всё понты, чтобы продать. Без всяких наворотов прекрасно варит алюминий, а про чернягу вообще молчу. П.С. До лучших аппаратов им далеко.

Sehr gutes Video es fehlt nur das Schweißen mit Dünnblech wie im Karosseriebau und Unterschiedliche Materiealien welches ist deiner Meinung nach das Beste Schweißgerät.👍👍

I really enjoy your videos because you always show your settings/ methods. Which of these three machines do you like the best? Are there other machines that are both good and economical to consider?

Decapower would be my choice - mainly because of the "easy to understand" display, and functions that it provides. I am glad you like the video. If you are interested in a non-double pulse MIG welder, then I would suggest you watch my TOP10 Multi (MIG) welding machines video. The first on the list is Arccaptain MIG200 for a reason. Exceptional performance for a really affordable price. Watch also other machines and decide for yourself.

Hello, according to performance data, the steelworks only has a duty cycle of 15% at 200 amps. Can you confirm that? Does the device's performance drop very quickly with strong currents? How should such information be viewed in general? Best regards Phillip Great video by the way

In order to explain! The manufacturer refers to TÜV Nordrhein and therefore higher standards. It used to be at 60% for 200amps before they were tüv certified and only met the vde standard. The other devices therefore have higher values. The device is capable of welding for a full 6 minutes at 200 amps and 170 amps at pulses. So everything is okay. The power is the same with other 200Ampere welding devices.

Którą byś wybrał Decapower czy Stahlwerk ? Decapower jest tańsza. Czy warto dopłacić za stahlwerk? Czy decapower ma program 100% CO2 dla Fe ? Która mniej odprysków daje? Pozdrawiam

I got the newest double pulse welder from Decapower. I will test it very soon. Maybe wait for that and I will let you know. But in my opinion it was easier to work with Decapower

Hallo deine Videos sind ganz toll habe mir das Decapower 230 Doppelpuls bestellt ,hoffe es macht so einen guten Job wie Du !!!! . Hast Du einen Tipp für einen Plasmaschneider was hälts Du von dem Stahlwerk 70 Ampere oder kennst Du einen anderen guten? Würde mich freuen über eine Antwort von Dir ja Stahlwerk hat jetzt beim Schweißgerät einen Kunden verloren da ich und meine Verwanden dort schon einiges an Geld liegen lassen haben und bei einer Neuanschaffung nicht mal Ansatzweise einen Rabatt bekommen hätte eigentlich schade und die Videos von dem 200 Puls sind nicht gerade eine Kaufempfehlung zb.kein schweißen mit Dünnblech vorgeführt .Noch eins hat Decapower jetzt durch eine andere Firma das gleiche Schweißgerät nur in rot. Danke nochmals für deine Mühe weiter so. 👍👍 Grüße Gerhard Baur

Im watching it, its not bad, but you need to clean the mill scale off for gmaw, and most of these settings are way to hot for that gas mix. If your bead is still orange for 3 inches when you are done.. way to hot..

when u changed the conduit u cut it too far from the drive wheel... asking for a birds nest. should be almost rubbing the wheel....the aluminum welds look like bird do do..not even at all. 2nd one wicked cold start.. you would be grinding an rewelding at our shop!! or maybe tossing the part and starting over..

you will never find a welder fitting up 3mm plate with no gap and no prep , this is why all the welds look like migrating caterpillars ,,, hardly a fair test .
