Namaste Dr. I am just new Subscriber to your Channel... I have Spaatic Quadriplegia since 20 yrs..I am 41 though can manage walk independently..But need Cane support Mostly when outside.. It is a movement disorder Mostly when i walk anybody can noticeonly then..Physiotherapy helps me in retaing flexibility... Kindly suggest any Nerve tonic in this video or otherwise I can use... It would really be very grateful...
