Great video. Penrose is my favorite! Wood floors in the bedroom is hard to find. The Atherton is cool but I don’t think it’s worth the price. I am looking forward to apartment hunting now. I agree, south end is too young for me but there is a lot to do. I love living in uptown, more mature for sure and close to everything. I am 100% remote right now and tbh I don’t need my car much. Another area I want to explore more is Noda.

Im in the process of relocating to Charlotte. The houses I'm going to look at, are near"dill worth" "montford" and "Myers park" areas? Hillside Ave,. Is that a decent area? What would be the upsides l, downsides? Are you from Charlotte? What do you think of it? What's your age range? I don't need an exact age. I've been working abroad and can't tell ages in the USA anymore.

hey I'm a little confused. For some of these places you're saying there's no shower but the camera pans over to a shower head that's over the tub so do you just mean there's no separate shower or does the shower head not work?

Hey! To clarify what I meant is it’s not a traditional shower with a shower door. Instead it’s a bathtub with a shower head. Hope that makes sense? Personally I don’t prefer bathtubs with shower heads bc it means I have to get a curtain which is why I pointed it out. Thank you for watching 🫶🏾

I personally haven’t experienced racism here. Charlotte is a metro city so I don’t think it’s a big problem but I cannot speak for everyone’s experience or North Carolina as a whole
