I have a question - I have applied for us residency, all forms was filled and accepted. On my interview on 3rd of August 2021, I was asked by the immigration officer fill i601 waver and he refused it under 212 and put my application under Administrative Processing and also kept my passport. As i was in process of filling in the form i601, i received an email from the US Embassy in London to fill out DS533 and send it, which i did. On 6th of April 2022 i send an email to the embassy enquiring about my application process and to make sure that I have not missed anything or left anything, i also asked on the email if there was any other form outstanding. On 17th of May 2022 i received my passport back, I was refused under 212, and asked to send in form i601, my B1/B2 visa was also cancelled.
