UPPER MARLBORO encompasses a lot of area and like other areas it is mostly safe....You will find rif-raft and bad seeds everywhere....

I agree Upper Marlboro is VERY safe. The list of the area are endless and they span multiple zip codes

My brother and his son lived in Upper Marlboro for over 30 years until he became ill. I feel sad when I'm reminded of Upper Marlboro.

What are the HOA fees in Westphalia?

Depends on the home. Condos comes out to about $300. That's the HOA fee and the condo fee. For townhomes and single fams its slightly less

For the townhomes and single family homes they range between $60-$130 & condos $250-$350 depending on the builder

This is not a million dollars house. All it has is size. The rest of it is cookie cutter. They didn't even show a refrigerator; probably because it was tiny one.
