Played Bears Best in early November. Practice at TPC Vegas. Wow. Thought Scottsdale had it all. Summerlin has it all as well.

I'm from Tucson, been to Phoenix plenty of times, lived in Vegas for a couple of years. Phoenix is basically Vegas with none of the attractions. Honestly, Phoenix has no real draw whatsoever. It's a newer city, but that's about it. No attractions whatsoever.

Serious question, what happens if Lake Mead reaches dead pool status? Will this impact Vegas home prices?

80% of the water goes to California so 1st they would stop Fracking in CA and limit the CA flow. Las Vegas just won award for best recyling. 90% of water from strip is reclalimed. Worst case senario they bring water in. Every day Las Vegas has to bring in MILK, Juice, Burgers, Toilet Paper ect. If they can fly in fish daily for the Buffets they can get water

Great Question: YES! the indoor pool and jacazzis are open year round. The outdoor pools close based on weather normally November - March. -- with 4 Community centers and 60+ activities you have options.
