At 2023 fiance visa is UpTo 16.5 month or 6moth.

well currently the marriage visa take more the 3 years unless you are in Military or has a special case

Me too. I'm American, and my husband Egyptian make sure you get the marriage license authenticate and send to Egypt embassy in Washington to get the Egyptian stamp on Marriage license so it can be a easy process

My fiancé’s K1 was rejected because we had Nekha (muslim non official marriage ceremony). Official we’re not married and we provided official civil records. Was it bias or unthorough work?

For spouse visa you need to prove that you have lived together for 2 years or more, show proofs like joint bank accounts, shared properties, etc. Marriage certificate is not enough to guarantee you will get the spouse visa
