I'd say dark phoenix is good u just need to be sneaky like imagine sneaking someone with ur combo X+Z+1 bolt+Distingrenation shes actually good when finishing her combo i recommend flying around till ur cooldown is finished then sneak an another enemy shes getting an ult so shes gonna be good I think shes gonna be better than raven after dp getting an ult If u got attacked i recommend using any damageable ability that is availible then fly to other places to heal

dp isnt immune to zats or klar insta she just has to be 30% (base) only her skins dont work. and zat has to be 30% as well to get insta by a dp
