Gold Ranger from Zeo has always been a favorite

To me, the worst thing about megaforce/super was how they never even acknowledged goesiger’s angel motif or gokaiger’s pirate motif. What people DON’T seem to realize is that megaforce/super is SUPPOSED to be a GOESIGER adaptation, and then gokiager is awkwardly slapped on by the second half. Which is ironic, since the reason why I bring this up is because to this day, whenever I hear people talking about how much they hate this series, 95% of the time, they ONLY talk about the gokiager half, not the goesiger half. And the fact that the original megaforce suits didn’t even make the cut but the super megaforce suits did make the cut (again) proves my point.

super sentai: “here are some really cool suits based on pirates, spies, ninjas, and knights” neo saban and hasbro: “thanks for the suits, we’ll make our seasons completely unrelated to the theme of the suits”

A bit surprised to not see Ranger Slayer's outfit from the comics here. It's definitely one of the coolest and a standout among Pink Rangers

Perhaps the most notorious thing on Super Megaforce did is the Legendary Mode, which allows the Rangers to use past Rangers suits. However, the Super Megaforce Rangers never used the whole 104 suits, because half of the time the Rangers used what is called “New Powers”, which are based on the unadapted Sentai suits. The actors said it’s an honor to wear these suits (even though they are Japanese footage), but to me it’s just a blatant example of lazy editing. Some say that these modes are meant to fanservice the overseas Sentai fans, but the problem is that they barely please the Ranger fans. And also, the concept is kinda neat, but they executed it horribly. If they wanted to introduce the never-before seen suits, they should make the whole team use it at once. But no, the first time this power was used Red Ranger was absent, so fans who never saw Sentai doesn’t know what the Red Ranger would look like in that form. And only two Rangers ever used the Flashman suits. What happened to the other three? Why didn’t use them as well? What did they look like (for PR-exclusive fans’ perspective)? I love the S.P.D. suits.

Next subject for Power Rangers: Top 10 Battlizers. Top 10 / 20 Premieres Top 10 / 20 Finales I said it once and I will say it again - you gotta love it when WatchMojo posts Power Rangers content!

LIghtspeed was the first season that they didn't keep the ranger's identity secret from the public. It has been described the suits are like umbrellas.

Still no Top 10 Sentai, Rider or Ultraman list. I mean come one, Ultraman is already in KZfaq for free!

I actually like the "charlie brown" stripes on the lost galaxy ranger suits. I see them more as the gap for teeth.

Power Rangers (1993-2023) Maybe American Super Sentai (1975-) but here's my gripe Japan's got their version of US IP's like Powerpuff Girls, Supernatural, Highlander, Suicide Squad, Rick and Morty, and Terminator so that's the Pot calling the Kettle Black In my opinion

Ironically, my two favorites both involve canines. My absolute favorite suit is the shadow ranger from SPD followed very closely by Korag from Mystic Force. As far as teams go I loved A-squad from SPD and the psychos.

The reason the Zeo suits looked so simple was because in the sentai, OhRanger, it was a military-style organization, similar to GoGoV (Lightspeed Rescue)

My faves are MMPR White, Zeo Gold, the In Space suits, Magna Defender, the SPD suits, the Ninja Storm suits, the Dino Thunder suits, and the Samurai suits

Green Ranger (MMPR), Gold Ranger (zeo), Black/White Ranger (dino thunder) Shadow (SPD), and my fave suit....Quantum (Time force)

I was hoping so hard that Mystic Force would get first. The only Power Rangers to center around magic made it unique, and the constant evolutions of their costume design as the show went on was insane.

Still have my Ninja Storm as Number One for colour choices and designs both hitting the spot. Would have put Dino Charge much higher and included the Alien Rangers and Megaforce Rangers. The latter might have some of the best helmet designs in the whole franchise. I’ve also grown to love the Turbo suits more.

Dino Charge/Supercharge was not only a return to form, but was one of, if not the best Neo-Saban season. Plus it has one of the catchiest theme songs.

For the wild force rangers? Hands down Danny has the best suit and helm design!

The only issue I have with the Dino Fury (Knights) and Cosmic Fury (Knights) suits was the phrase to activate the Morphing sequence. "Link to Morphing Grid" was just lazy. They could've at least done something like "Empower the Dino Soul" or "Cosmic Crash", SOMETHING that didn't make it sound like they were hacking into the Morphing Grid illegally or something. I mean, RJ in Jungle Fury basically says he hacked the Morphing Grid to create the Jungle Fury Rangers, but they still have an activation phrase that doesn't at least SAY they hacked the Morphing Grid every time they Morph

Yaaas. Regardless of how I feel about any of the other rankings, the fact that MM wasn't top 3 just for nostaligia, I respect. But I was getting scared kind of towards the top because Mystic hadn't appeared yet. All is forgiven though because as it should, it's #1!

Fun fact: The MMPR original comics in the 90s featured the Power Coin on their chests with the diamonds. Apparently the show was supposed to do the same, but they came off the costumes too easily

I sincerely don’t know why Evil Ollie is on everyone’s Power Ranger Best Dressed List. It looks more like a monster than a Ranger, and all those spikes are just overkill. I kept being reminded of that one episode where he fought a spike monster and called it an “overgrown hedgehog”.

Dino Thunder White Ranger is known as Abarakiller

These are my top 3 suit designs: 1. Power Rangers Zeo, specially the Gold Ranger with the combination of black and Gold chest and the staff. 2. Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. You can never go wrong with the OG team, specially with the Green and White Ranger suit designs. 3. Lost Galaxy; I dig the Charlie Brown style suits and the helmets.

Wait till they learn about Kyuranger, Lupinranger, Patranger and Kingohger suits

Very tricky. I think the Titanium Ranger has the best outfit but Wild Force has the best helmets. On the other hand, the Blue Zeo ranger has the best helmet.

I've seen the red RPM ranger in a special episode of samurai.

I just want to say a power ranger anniversary episode will never be the same again without Tommy Oliver. But hopefully Billy from Mighty morphin power rangers will be in every anniversary episodes in the future.

In my opinion Top 5 menace rangers are Tommy, Trent, the psycho rangers, the thunder rangers, and it's between Quantum ranger or Titanium ranger. Or Koragg or even the spirit rangers. one of them is top 5 in my opinion.

Have you all noticed in every power rangers. What ever color their suits are, the color of their clothes are the same. For example a red ranger will have in every episode red clothes on.

I agree the lost galaxy rangers with the stripes was weird but I still love the show. Now dino thunder rangers has some cool outfits. S.P.D. rangers were kind of like cops I love that. Mighty Morphin rangers with dinosaur like helmets I love that baby. I disagree mystic force wasn't a great season and what is with the caps. Who are they Superman?

can you guys do a top 10 sentai series villains that did not get a proper power rangers counter part or who did not get adapted at all? here are some suggestions: Basco ta Jolokia (the season he debuted in got adapted (poorly), but he did not appear) Dai Satan (he got a power rangers version who did appear, but only an hand full of times) The Black Cross Führer/Black Cross King (he was the OG sentai villain) Dark Species Deboth (his prehistoric form got adapted as the greenzillas)
