I love in Tropic Thunder when Les Grossman says “we don’t negotiate with terrorists” at the end of the scene. Brilliant and gets me every time. The whole schtick is funny, but the ending gets me.

Super Troopers making the list is great and all, but saying that the beginning sets such a high bar and the rest of the movie doesn't live up to it, that's just not at all true. That whole movie is a riot the whole time.

I laugh out loud every time I hear that high-pitched scream from "Ryan Gosling". I think "Nice Guys" was a movie that needed a sequel, but for some reason it wasn't made. It's such a shame...

You neglected to point out the funniest part of the hair removal scene in 40 year old virgin. That was all done for real. The reactions of the woman doing the waxing and all the guys are all real. You can see it in their facial expressions. The woman is terrified because after the first one she didn’t want to do it again for fear she was seriously causing too much pain for carrel. He had given her the go ahead, and they kept on shooting. Nothing like the real thing for maximum camera effect!!

The scene you putted from Step Brothers is not even top 10 funniest in the movie. Here some way funnier scenes than this just from the top of my head: first encounter, first fight, Sweet child of Mine, Pow!, Job Interview montage, Job Interview Fart scene, first fight Vs kids in park, Dale first love scene with Alice, Boat rap song… and I haven’t rewatched any scene, and only looked for the name of Alice!

@@denisewilliams4491 I respectfully disagree with you. The entire movie you see the main characters yelling, screaming and overacting and causing drama when all of there problems are there own fault. The only redeeming quality of the movie was Melissa McCarthy. The rest of the movie was all superficial, shallow, and naïve characters who don't really learn anything or change who they are.
