So you bet your ass I’m complaining and will continue to do so than you very much. By the way if you put all my pay in those years plus my 4 years in the service it wouldn’t add up to what a lot of actors make for one film.

Exactly. Got to avoid celebrity worship. If you enjoy an artist's work fair enough. But make a point of having no interest in the artist and in particular the products they are paid to promote, that's where the big bucks come from. Once advertisers see people don't care about the artists, only the art then all the BS marketing is redundant.

Growing up in the 1960s as a TV-watching kid, the concept of a "millionaire" was like saying "Rich beyond your wildest dreams". On Gilligan's Island there was Thurston Howell III, and on The Beverly Hillbillies Jed Clampett struck oil gold and went from rags to riches. Time travel to 2023 and being a "millionaire" means you're doing pretty well, but no guarantee it will last the remainder of your life so be careful. A lot of "millionaires" in the past couple of decades screwed up and went broke. By today's terms, $10 million is more or less the same. Save it, invest it, and spend wisely or else you can also be financially struggling or broke. Also the cautionary tale of the likes of Bill Cosby - no matter how much money you have, life can still be a disaster if you abuse the so-called "privilege" that goes with it. P.S. Who is Tyler Perry? An "actor" in what? Not really a household name on list of great actors, is it? Enjoy it while you can fellas. ;-)

Most people say they're overpaid because they don't know ,or realize how much talent it takes to do what they do. Most people can barely through a 9-5 job that doesn't require the talent and skill it takes to be an actor. To me, the that are really overpaid are Sports Figures . Games little boys played in school and now they get $300 million for doing what they did in high school.

Are you saying that the job of an actor is more demanding than the job of a scientist who works his whole life to find a cure for a disease? Or that an actor has greater talent than an engineer who constructs a better future? Earnings should be based on how much society benefits from what you do, not how much profit the company makes! The world is going to hell precisely because one actor or athlete or singer etc is paid more than a scientist, doctor, engineer, professor, teacher etc.

Of course he's German! His Mother is from Germany and Bruce's dad was a Soldier there where he met his Mother. Later after his dad got out of the service he moved his family to New Jersey.

Case in point, Ashton Kutcher has made more as a tech investor than most of the people on the list's net worth, & Ryan Reynolds owns a cellular service, a distillery, and a professional soccer team. I mean they aren't even on the list. This ignores the fact that they both also have been extremely successful film and television producers in addition to their acting careers.
