Hi Bhaiah, You are giving very valuable exercises. Thanks for that. I'm a Physiotherapist, if you don't mind I want to share some information with you, if you don't think otherwise. Please don't extend your wrists while military press and lifting bar exercises,after lifting the bar. You are putting all the weight on the extended wrists.keep your wrist in straight line to the forearm after lifting the bar up . So that the weight is transferred below the wrist and not on the wrist and it will not injure your wrist and prevents long term degeneration of the wrist joint after certain age and also short term injuries. Hope my suggestion will also be helpful for you. Thank you very much.

Stay in caloric deficit eat more protein and less carb. work out hard in gym it will help to loos weight. U can try Intermittent Fasting also go to my channel and watch videos related to Fasting. Intermittent fasting help to loose fat rapidly
