I had a horrendous experience with my Capital One business checking account. I went into a branch to open an account here in NYC, they told me I had to make an appointment online. So I made an appointment for a couple days later. Showed up at my appointment time and I had to wait 30 minutes to be seen, and then literally sat with the person who was setting up my account for two and a half hours of paperwork, and waiting for them to figure out how to print out the forms they needed me to sign. I swear I am not exaggerating. They finally got it all done and told me I should call their business account number in a few days to get the online side set up (I already had 360 Checking and a savings account with them). The call took a good hour, and had me shuffled around to person after person, but they finally got everything set up. THEN a couple days later the branch called me and said they forgot to have me sign something and I needed to come in and sign it. I told them forget it and close the account. Meanwhile, I set up a business account with Bank of America online in about 5 minutes and it's working great now. I really loved Capital One for their app, great savings and checking accounts, but because of this experience I closed my accounts and I'm just sticking with Bank of America which has always served me well for the last 25 or so years. I moved my savings account to Marcus which has been really great too. Anyway, beware of anything that has to do with entering a Capital One branch, which they will force you to do for a business checking. Hahahaha I am still mad. I don't think I have ever made a youtube comment this long.

same, I tried capital one after watching 10 different youtube vids praising them and had issues with setting up checkings, savings, AND credit card... which i didnt even get their sign on bonus because "the person that signed me up never applied the bonus to the card"... first check i try to deposit from my work gets popped for fraud without any reason given after 4 phone calls and going into their branch twice. 4 weeks without being able to use my accounts.

Relay denied us and their customer support team gave us a very vague basic response that didn't help us resolve the issue or explain why we where denied. We chose to go with Mercury banking and so far we love it. I recommend giving them a shot if Relay is giving people a hard time

@@baeerose9797 We haven’t requested any line of credit yet but so far we really love Mercury as our primary banking provider. Having the ability to create an endless amount of virtual and physical debit cards has been very useful

I noticed when I try to put a deposit into Relay from ACH for example. When I do contract work, it says the account is not valid. And I thought this was a one off but I notice it happens with a few places.

Is there a specific flaw with BlueVine that kept it from your list? Reason I ask is I am looking for a business bank and none of the banks in your top 4 allow for printing of checks or checkbooks which is why I am leaning towards BlueVine because they do allow for checkbooks and printing your own checks.
