2 BR unit sizes in the 5 condos mentioned in the video: Alcoves - 106-153sq m Avalon - 80sq m Sanson - 82-97sq m Calyx - 69-95sq m 38 Park - 76.5sq m If you value living space- as I do- then the Alcoves is your number 1 choice. 38 Park is among the smallest 2BR units available.

I have been to Cebu and 32 Sanson by Rockwell is my first pick. Were are you going to find 8 acres behind a gate with 70% green space in the City? Also, price wise at $300 per SF it is a bargain compared to other big US city at $1500 per SF. The units also have a maids room and shower so you can have one for a small monthly cost. A one hour massage will only cost you P400 at any location throughout the city.

Condos in cebu city are a completely over priced ripoff. After staying 3 weeks at one, my wife and I decided to buy a large house in Tungkil. It is easily 3x the size of the largest condo we looked at, with 1/3 the price of the most expensive condo we looked at ($327 k). We cab to the malls about 10x a month. The total cab fare is far less than a monthly car payment. There are far better places to live in the cebu city area than any condo. Our house came with all the amenities that our condo stay lacked. Caveat Emptor.

They are all HIGHLY overpriced shoeboxes. My wife and I bought a 3 bedroom 4 bathroom house in Tungkil Minglanilla for 5.5 million pesos. 4 times the size of a large ( haha) condo at 20% of the price. I am going to laugh my puwet off when the bottom falls out of the condo market.
