I like the variety of the last guy. Tons of different sounds. It’s not just that it takes tons of skill to do what he does, but it’s actually enjoyable as music.

I’m a metal head but also love techno. Most folk don’t get techno or have just never seen what it does to a crowd ….don’t understand it but seeing a dj set is not so much about how the music is made it’s about the track selection, the build up and journey over a two hour set and the mixing. Someone like Ritchie Hawtin can take a few tracks simultaneously and create something new and unique every time. That’s something you don’t get with most bands.Being able to use the equipment properly is a skill in itself also!

#1 is bar far the best in both technique and ability. #2 is highly overrated as most of what he plays is taught in middle school band. (Not counting stick tricks) #3 is creative and unique and has good timing and rhythm. #4 should be switched with #5. Cheers!
