It’s all about the setup of the fight. Many don’t know but even in boxing you have forearm blocks especially useful against the jab in an orthodox vs orthodox stance or south paw vs south paw stance. Forearm block when opponent jabs followed by right cross or overhand right, pivot right, shift right, or roll right off the cross. Or you can pivot right off the opponents jab with your left forearm block. Follow with cross.

Absolutely, integrating Master Wong's background and motto into this context would enhance the narrative by emphasizing the effectiveness of traditional blocks in diverse combat scenarios. Understanding the setup and utilizing forearm blocks against jabs illustrates the practicality and adaptability of martial arts techniques in real-world fights.

Excellent stuff! I have a friend who had a traumatic experience on public transit and said he's worried he'll just shell up and not know what to do if someone starts punching at him. I have given him some training but he's still a little shaky. Next session, I will incorporate these techniques. If he's going to shell up, at least he can cover in these ways and counter attack. Good for me to practice too

Master Wong, Boxing can also be a striking-based martial art that teaches how to throw punches, set them up, block, slip, duck, and weave, but can also mixed in wit Muy Thai defense. in which makes a powerful structure of combinations of defense, But if he's Way bigger than me, I'm going to kick him in the 🥜's, the way you do anything is the way you do everything, i hope i got it right, Thanks Master Wong for the superior lessons, & I'll catch you on the next chapter my friend.🙏🏾🪔 🔥👊🏾🔥👍🏾🔥💯
