I just watched your "why i don't play one page rules". It's been a year since you released it. Just wanted to tell you i haven't spent a dime on anything. They released 8 paper mini armies, i printed them all and play in tournements at my local game store. Our OPR community is growing fast. It's a lot of fun. Concerning Mantic Halo, I don't understand why companies put out weird scales, anymore. It feels like the "standard scales" have been locked-in for a while now, and personally speaking, anything that cant be used with the minis and terrain I already have is an automatic no-go.

If they don’t run it at the same scale as Warhammer I’ll pass sadly. I’m not a fan of the larger or smaller scale games than 28-32 mm. 40mm is a tad too big for what I’d want. If they ran them in 28 mm I’d buy them as alternate imperial guard.
