And I'm sorry but those enclaves for the rich are not selling much... These public infrastructures are still bellow international standards. The greenery is cool though.

u have seen the light. Was there last month and if the current pace, Ghana will be the go-to place in Africa. Safe, Stable electricity and water, digitization, etc. we need to just fix the roads.

@@ghana-music indeed, their trajectory is clearly showing they will be the top country in ECOWAS with Accra being like the Tokyo of West Africa As a Sierra Leonean, I am hoping we can begin to follow in their footsteps (and I believe we are as we have a progressive government but we have some catching up to do, especially on infrastructure) Sierra Leone is the 5th or 6th most peaceful country in Africa so we do well there as well

@@999oj I agree that Nigeria is the most developed right now but my assessment is that Nigeria has a lot of major political/social things to work through which may or may not hamper future development. With Ghana, I can see a clear path towards development without any major political or social hiccups along the way. Of course, nothing is guaranteed but I would bet my money on Ghana in the long term

Individuals, on the other hand, are putting up some amazing buildings. If not for bad roads, Accra would match any other city in Africa ( sans Skyscrapers).

@@aberba really, I just want the look of a thatched roof to be our signature architectural style. This can be done by local peoples and possibly save money on the builds. Even if it is a fake thatched rood(e.g. a modern roof with a thatched top layer for the roof) it would be nice

Growth is okay ...for example Nigeria have zinc and aluminum and steel naturally so why can’t we use our natural resources to advance and build new things

Don't be sad. We all know in Africa, there are the rich parts and the other parts. By the grace of God, we have stability, peace, and continuous electricity supply, but in many ways Ghana and Nigeria are very similar.

Don't try to compare Kenya's real estate to that of South Africa. Sandhurst, Clifton, Fresnaye Campsbay neighborhoods in South Africa are different from Karen, muthaiga and Runda in Kenya have much differences.
