Sometimes it is genes and sometime vitamin/mineral deficiencies. You will be okay man. Go workout in a gym. Then shave your head.

My hair has been thinning since I was 21 I'm 28 now and it's still thinning. I just cut it neat and short. That's the key ,have it as short and neat as possible. Work on your body and mind. Also start a business in your 20's (keeping your day job) and invest your money not just save it in a bank account, there's many safe options to keep growing ur money at the same time your confidences growth w a safety net. Maybe your experience w girls at 20's tell you that women doesn't care about money, but later in life when family strikes, you will have to provide in any relationship and money is a good way to stay confident w yourself

Hey alpha. I'm 22 and have had Alopecia since 17. Recently shaved my head because I was just tired of dealing with the patchy hair. I've received several compliments and even feel a bit more confident. Still quite an adjustment, but you should do a video purely on styles to go with a bald head.

it's not all genetics people who eat a lot of meat/dairy/fatty foods are much more likely to go bald. Just look at all the first world countries and compare them to poorer countries and how many people are bald.

fellas, just a fyi. Great video! I started losing my hair in late teens and got to the point last year at 29 where i needed to do the 'Brave Shave' man that most men will have to do if they are on the same path! Its good that there are options out there though. I ended up going with SMP/MSP MicroScalp Pigmentation. I have recently done a video of my before and after with some general comments. Propecia is really the best way to treat it. You get to keep your hair forever and sure, there are side effects but it doesn't mean everyone will get them. Most people i've seen have little to no side effects. A lot of men are on it and don't even admit it, but Russell Brand, Pete Davidson, and Bradley Cooper are a few to name out of the many. I'd just take Propecia and Biotin honestly.

@@mspraveen50 I should also mention that even after getting a hair transplant, while the results are technically "permanent", you will still need to keep taking Propecia/Finasteride to keep your hair. I personally have no problem with that and I'm willing to do what needs to be done, but In anyone else's case they may not need a hair transplant if they are satisfied or if they catch their hair loss early.

One of the largest causes of hair loss is vitamin and mineral deficiency. A very large percentage of people who have balding hair, thinning hair, or graying hair are often deficient in copper. Selenium, zinc, vitamin A, C, and E are also important for your hair, nails, and skin. Americans are likely to be deficient due to poor dieting and general lifestyle. I'd always recommend you look at your diet and vitamin and mineral imbalance before you try the drugs which are more expensive and have strong side effects. It is much more effective. I tried something like Fiber, and thought it was terrible, it made my scalp itchy. I found that the area of my crown which is balding more, but has some hair, looked more like I had a brown scalp. I don't know what I did wrong, as I think my spot was probably as bad as the person you showed, or maybe a little worse. It was a no go for me. I think it can work for some men.

Could someone help me out please, I'm 17 and one side of my hairline is perfectly fine and thick however the other side is a lot thinner and receding about 1cm or so. Could it be that i have sebborea dermatitis on that side of my scalp and once i get rid of it using ketconazole 2% shampoo the hair will grow back or is it something different. Starting to recede at 24. Started taking avodart, no side effects after the first month "adaptation" period. Been on it for 8 months now. Nothing has regrow as my hairloss seems to have been slow. Getting a hair transplant soon to give me a lower hairline. Most people advise against it since haidloss progresses, but I have to take dutesteride for bph so it should be a long time before I would need another transplant. Also, I'd rather have a young hairline in my youth and enjoy my looks while I have them. If I get to 40, and I start to go bald for whatever reason, I wouldn't mind as much as compared to having a receded hairline throughout my life. I'm 25 now. If the ht lasts me 10 years, it will have been money well spent. If I get another and it lasts me another 7-10 years, better still. 17-20 years of time sounds great to me and, who knows, they might just come up with something better by then.

For hair regrowth use onion juice as a topical solution, alternately mix olive oil + castor oil mildly and apply, wash off with protein shampoo, include iron, biotin in your diet, the main culprit in male pattern baldness is DHT hormone so saw palmetto and flax seed will do a lot of good..hope this helps

Been on Finasteride for 2 years and it completely stopped my hair loss dead in it's tracks, and even regrew some more. No side effects at all, even though I was so scared of experiencing some. My hair line has recessed quite a bit, but my long hair conceals it very well so no one really knows I have lost much hair. I'll be going in for my hair transplant in November and I am so pumped! $8,500 sucks but I know it'll be great.

I use like 2 tea spoons of it my self. I like to dampen my hair a little with water and then go through my hair with some oil on my hands. Just gotta be careful not to put too much and it's hard to get off without shampoo. Been doing it for dry hair too after showers. Yours, a guy that has been growing his hair for one year.

When I was 19 I started loosing a lot of hair on the front of my head. After a few sad days were I realised I would hardly get that hair back I decided to embrace it, bought a pair of clippers and began shaving it regularly. Almost two years passed by and it became something very natural for me. Embrace my condition was the best decision

@@Shafeek258 I’m 20. Don’t let the propaganda ruin your hair bro. Take the medicine it will not give you serious side effects. Worst that happens is your libido might drop a little then it will raise again when your body gets used to it. Start at 0.5 mg 3 times a week for 2-3 weeks to get your body used to it, then switch to 0.5 mg every day, and if you see you’re doing fine on that after a month or so, go to 1mg a day. Add minoxidil once a day and micro needling once a week to your routine and it could be the difference from having a full head of hair and being bald at 20. Don’t make the mistake I did by letting these fear mongering losers get to you. Take action and stop your hair loss. You’ll be fine. Finasteride is FDA approved and dermatologists hand it out easily.

I have some experience about hair loss products doing research and argan life products seems to be the best so far. This product makes my hair look awesome. My hair loss problem is reduced and regrowth is occured. I'll buy it again.

I'm 22 and though I still have a pretty good looking head of hair, I noticed about a year ago that my hair was getting slightly thinner and some scalp was becoming more visible under brighter lighting. At first I was quite alarmed, I felt a bit hopeless, like it was totally out of my control. I did as much research as possible which seemed futile, I bought Propecia but after six months found it to have no effect whatsoever. I bought thickening shampoo, biotin, fish oil tablets, pumpkin seed oil tablets, saw palmetto, etc. All of those things are good for you generally, but do nothing in terms of reversing hair loss, but they do improve hair quality noticeably. Also I started washing my hair a bit less often (twice a week) but I've learned to wash and treat it better, which has helped. Despite my hair thinning and falling out, it really has never looked better. Which is odd, I know. So despite improving my hair quality I still had found no way of stopping or reversing hair loss. At this point it's important to mention that I have a very high sex drive, until recently I would masturbate two or three times a day consistently, and I found it very hard to suppress my sexual urges and thoughts. Recently I've met a girl who totally fulfills me, we see each other about twice a week, I've basically stopped masturbating, and I've also stopped noticing hair loss occurring at the rate that it was. I'm not saying that having a girlfriend is the cure to baldness, but having a girlfriend/relationship and steady sex (rather than intense masturbation) will lower testosterone levels. And I think that can only be a good thing seeing as all the research I've done indicates that testerone is what destroys hair follicles and leads to hair loss. Hope this helps!

I'm using Propecia for 2 years now and my hair is still stuck in my scalp. Propecia doesn't help to get your hair back, but it helps you to maintain what you have. I have no side effect, everything work properly. give it a try and if you think it is expensive, there are different options in the market and you can get the same components in a cheaper way.
