#3. I will then give you the perfect, scripted answer to all 5 questions to make sure you are fully prepared for your interview.
Q1. What didn't you like about your last job?
This is a really difficult interview question to answer because it is assessing your levels of honesty, and your reasons for leaving your last job.
Q2. Where do you see yourself in five years?
This is one of the hardest interview questions to answer because, if we’re honest, we don’t know even where you are going to be next year, let alone in 5 years’ time. Having said that, there is a way you need to answer this tough interview question if you are to pass your job interview which I will give to you very soon.
Q3. Why should I hire you?
This has always been one of the hardest interview questions to answer because, the truth is, you want a job. But to say you should hire me because I want a job is not going to get you hired. Again, this could be the one interview question that decides whether or not they take you on in the role, so make sure you give a powerful and positive answer that proves you can add value in the position.
Q4. What makes you unique?
This is one of the hardest interview questions to answer because the interviewer is using it to determine which candidate is the best person for the job. But what does make a person unique? Well, very soon, I will give you an outstanding answer that is guaranteed to impress the hiring manager.
Q5. What is your biggest weakness?
This interview question catches out 95% of candidates! You can’t say you don’t have any weaknesses, and you can’t give a weakness that is a match for the job you have applied for!

I recently had an interview that went terribly wrong; I failed on the question “what’s your biggest weakness” and “what would you do if you had a disagreement with a senior member of staff”. I had not prepared myself before the interview, I had been unemployed for a period of time, so my nerves got the best of me. Richard all I can say is you are a God sent. You are somebody who truly cares about people. You want to see people get the job of their dreams. Yet you know that it can be very challenging. You use KZfaq as a way to help people. I have used you and I have led other people know about you as well. I truly believe that when you apply for a job you have to study for it. You cannot go shotgun. I think that when you're prepared for an interview the person that is interviewing you picks up on that. I know that you cannot guarantee that somebody will get the job. @@behappy1025 Hi and sorry for late response. Praise to God, I had passed my interview and secured the desire postion after a week later been informed by their HR. I am so delighted with the result, despite my mom had been attacked by stroke on the same day of my interview session. She had passed away a week later. Thanks to mom too who had never missed to support and keep pray for me towards this achievement.

I had a recruiter try to get me to talk bad about my current job. Asking there has to be something you don't like or that you would change. I answered it by saying you'll never 100% agree all the time. However I always voice my concern with possible solution and from there we talk about it and usually come to a middle ground that satisfies the company and compliance

Great news! I passed my 2nd interview yesterday and got an offer letter by email today even though I was told it would take a few days or up to a week to hear back. This was made possible by watching your videos and how to answer the possible interview questions that would come up in a way that would set me apart from other candidates and employing the STAR technique when answering some of the questions instead of just giving a closed ended response. hello sir, i wanted to thank you so much for your videos as they helped me on (every stage) but most importantly my final stage interview where they offered me the job on the same day. it's my dream job, in the most beautiful location and has the kindest people. with your videos i was able to be confident, do a whole 15 minute presentation and every answer i gave was based off your advice which my 3 interviewers were super impressed with. i honestly cannot thank you enough! you have no idea how much you've helped me!!

Thank you. My interview yesterday was not this easy!! They asked me questions like 1. Have I monitored expenditures where how,2. have I put together a power point presentation project for top executives,3.tell me a time when you didn't understand a new challenging database how did u overcome and what steps did you take to figure it out do Etc...I am with the federal govt and applying for another with promotion potential. Watching your videos do help alot!

I havent found anything that is specifically tailored towards an interview for a cadet position as a Wildlife and Fisheries Agent. This position is a law enforcement position that enforces laws and regulation pertaining to the preservation of a states natural resources.
