I bought a fulton home in Queen Creek a few years ago still live here. It was built in 2008. The only complaint i have is the master bedroom does not get any of the AC. I've had multiple AC companies even an owner of one. They all said it's just poor design 😢

Oh no! This is good feedback. I haven't heard this from any other Fulton homeowners yet so this is noted for future videos :).

Gehan is the worst experience I have ever had. Still 2.5yrs after I bought the home, still having issues. My stucco is cracked everywhere. Workmanship was terrible. Now they changed to Brighland homes so be aware. This video misrepresents everything I experienced and the VP is terrible and so are the project managers. Stay away or be ready to ride a shit storm. My entire development was build like mine so its not just mine.

TOLL BROTHERS ARE SIMPLY THE BEST..THEY GET THE BEST SUBCONTRACTORS BECAUSE THEY PAY FOR THE BEST.....

It would be really helpful to include a typical price per sqft. And yes, I know, "well it depends ..blah blah blah", but you could still give a range in videos like this. Or better yet, provide examples of a custom home that has been built by each builder, and what it ultimately cost at closing.
