Hi bro. I wake up at 8 am and go to workout at 8:30 and will come back by 10:45 and get ready for work by 11:30. I will do by brunch and go to work. Will have green tea at 5 and have some biscuits or any junk with it. Will come back to home by 7:30. Will have my dinner and sleep. I don't have anything like breakfast as my day starts late. I have been like this from past 15 years. I tried to add breakfast and meals in between but not possible for me. Is everything ok with me
