Right now... Heavenly Striker(Legendary) is the best skin. Cosmos is just an Epic skin. FUN FACT: They gave Cosmos skin for free in an event or something when the game got released (CoT).

Also.... There were rumors that CoT servers will be closed or atleast dead without any updates by December. So if you're planning on spending money, my advice would be to not spend any until any further info...

Sorry... But i feel like Tel is easy target for enemy assassin... She has no mobility and not good survivability stuff.... Anyways no worries... It's just my personal opinion and it's fine if you find her better ✌️
