I will tell you my Bombas story. I received a pack of Bombas for Christmas, they were a style I didn't care for and knew I would not wear. I emailed Bombas about exchanging them, they were quick to respond and Iwe set up the socks I wanted. They shipped them that day. Upon arrival there was no return shipping info for the socks I was exchanging. I contacted Bombas again about returning the original socks. I was told to keep them and donate them to a local shelter. I thought that was really cool. What an awesome company that makes a really comfortable product.

@@heskicks Hey, as a big fan of your channel since the start, I really think you should keep these top 5s pure to the truth of comfort, regardless of their age/newness. I’m noticing you don’t mention the Adidas Ultraboost EQT 93/17 in any of your top 5s anymore. In terms of casual I don’t think any shoe comes close. I’m really doubting half the shoes in this new top 5 can compete, I think you’re just including them because they’re new, but it kind of isn’t a true top 5 then Imo. Really hope to get your opinion on this! ❤

Great vid. might have to try a pair of Hokas next. I have had the zoom x invincible (gen 1) for about a year now. 8 hours a day walking, standing and a dog walk almost everyday. The outsole is starting to peel off from the heel on the right shoe, left looks like its about to. squishiy little things though, almost too soft for standing in one place imo, but walking is a dream.

We appreciate you making video like this. Videos like this introduce shoes to sneakerheads that were not really checking for. I havent worn most of the shoes in this video. Sad to say, that most of my shoes sacrifice comfort for looks. but I did buy the Nike Zoomz invincible run because of your videos. I'm a big guy. And that shoe is hands down the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. And the traction is great, and it has pretty good ankle support. I would have never bought them had it not been for your video. It's not the most fashionable shoe, but its heaven for my feet.

It's probably what their doctor or orthopedic suggested they try out, hoka is like that brand only people in the know, know about. Plenty of the people I know who wear hoka or brooks don't know the higher-end Nike or adidas shoes, they think brooks or hoka are the most comfortable and leave it at that.

Thank you so much for the video! I'm not sure if anyone else feels this way, but I feel like max cushion is very different than max responsive. I try to find shoes great for going to concerts and music festivals to which includes a lot of walking, some dancing, and some standing. Some of those responsive midsoles are not great for that (im a heavier set guy), and i feel like you get some pain in the feet when standing long, and more in the legs and knees when dancing some. So I feel like max cushion is good for these things since it absorbs most of the shock instead of trying to convert the shock in a bounce back. does that make sense?

I wear the nike invincibles 5 days a week for about 8 to 10 hours for the last 5/6 months. I do a lot of walking as I'm a delivery driver. The shoe is by far the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. With that being said, the shoe has some minor tears, but is still holding together and doing fine. I'm not sure if it's poor craftsmanship or that I'm just hard on them in my line of work or the combination of the two. The ONLY real complaint that I have is that the shoe has great traction in dry conditions and have the WORST traction in wet conditions. I feel like I'm walking on ice and have almost lost my footing on many occasions. If Nike could put a better gripping sole on the bottom, it would be the ONLY shoe that I would ever buy again for working in...just my opinion. NOW FOR MY QUESTION, CAN ANYONE RECOMMEND A SHOE THAT COMPARES TO THE NIKE INVINCIBLE THAT HAS GOOD TRACTION IN WET CONDITIONS? I AM MOSTLY ON CONCRETE, BUT DO WALK ON GRASS, GRAVEL AND ASPHALT AND I RIDE A METAL LIFT GATE LOADING AND UNLOADING MY TRUCK...THANKS FOR ANY AND ALL OPINIONS. 🙏🍻

The Triumph 20 is a shoe that is getting mixed reviews and I think the reason why is interesting when talking about max cushion shoes. There is with some shoes a "tipping point" in terms of forces and weight that is needed to get a decent amount of feeling of lushness and cushion, otherwise the foam may feel fairly firm. Thus, a relatively light runner not putting a lot of force into their stride would think the foam is hard/stiff, whereas a heavier runner putting in a forceful stride at higher pace would think the shoe fairly forgiving. Keep that in mind when thinking about which shoes to get.

I disagreed with you in your NB SC Trainer vid comments that the SC is softer under foot than the Invincible. The plate in the SC makes it feel impossible to me to feel softer than the Invincible to the foot. What you said in this vid that you thought the SC is superior for fast walking and running I agree with because that plate is remarkable when you use it as intended. I think the Invincible is better for slow walking, which is what I currently personally look for because my dog walks slow.

Adizero Prime X is dangerous, it's like some of the Jordan Trainers I've tried in the past, I don't like risking running shoes that it's easy to roll ankles. Too much of a risk totally defeats the point of extra cushion, recovery shoes. Another shoe you might want to consider trying (if you haven't) is the Saucony Triumphs, personally prefer the Nike Zoom X/React stuff for recovery/rest days more, but Triumphs are pretty comfortable cushion.

Hello Hes, I hope you are doing fine. I'm going on a honeymoon trip to Europe this winter. Which shoes do you recommend for this kind of trip where we are going to be walking long hours in cold cities. I hope you get to read this. Based on your videos I got me the ultra boost GTX. I'm looking for something for the Miss. Thank you.

Hey man, i want to ask you because I think that you are expert on shoes. Today i saw and try in one store the New balance fresh foam higher road. And there was very nice. Because i try the 1080v12 but they are not fitting well on me. But do u know something about the fresh foam higher??
