I totally disagree with trying to buy low and sell high. That is called managing your portfolio. Dollar cost averaging can lead to lost decades where your investments end up doing absolutely nothing for you. For example, the stock market price went up and down and led to the exact same price decades later like from 1997 to 2009. In crypto, it’s really dumb not to sell high and buy low because the 4 year cycle is built into the market. I’ve more than doubled my BTC by selling on the way down from the peak and now buying back in near the bottom. Really poor advice.

Horrible advice. “Checking the price list frequently” will CAUSE negative emotions and feelings of panic…not help you deal with them. Best thing to do is only check your portfolio every once in awhile, when you actually have a reason to do so (I.e. buying/planned selling/sending/ etc.) Better yet…buy the assets you have confidence in and forget about them for months (or years). You’ll thank me later. 👌

What ever you don’t buy the Coingecko Premium, I’ve supported them strongly over the last couple of years and now have found out these are fraudsters. They charged me and won’t give a refund after a couple of days of service as I didn’t know it was going to be renewed automatically, what company does that. They have lost a customer for life and cannot recommend a company that acts unprofessionally like this.
