The real reason Jeremy is hated lately is his complete inconsistency! One day he loves something and tells you to buy it ... And the next day he's telling you that it's overrated and you should NOT buy it!

Jealously has absolutely nothing to do with the reason why I do not like some Reviewers. The actual reason I don’t like some Reviewers is because they are down right BS Artists. They just spew out BS and are dishonest. They try and make people believe that if you wear this Fragrance or that Fragrance, then you will have success with the opposite sex. It is just not true because there is a lot more to it than just wearing a Fragrance. Jeremy and Demi are like Televangelists. They will tell people want they want to hear. Both are dishonest. And they do care what people write in the comment section under their videos because both of them delete comments or Shadow Ban people. They can’t stand it when anyone disagrees with them or says something that they don’t like. They don’t care about you. They only care about themselves. They are both Narcissists.

I hate Ross from TLTG because he's the first fragrance channel I subscribed to about a year and a half ago, and now I have over 100 fragrances. He's like an evil drug pusher that introduced me to more evil drug pushers. Plus his fragrance, Business Over Pleasure, was a limited edition and now I'm afraid to run out. LOL

Ross is top notch. He’s so good at being creative with his video themes and tries to mention fragrances that aren’t getting talked about anywhere else on KZfaq. He isn’t just throwing Aventus and Sauvage in every other video and thumbnail for views. Seems like genuinely a very nice guy too

Dan, please consider that some of those reviewers are disparaged because they have clear conflicts of interest. A reviewer cannot work for/with a perfume brand and also review that brand’s products. It’s a violation of basic ethics, regular decency, and common sense.

It’s fragrances people don’t take things so seriously. If you don’t like a reviewer don’t watch their channel. They don’t control what you decide to buy or wear, unless you blind buy and that’s still your choice to do so.

What you're saying is true, partially. There are other reasons why people hate or dislike someone besides being jealous and envious. And some of the reasons can be quite legit.. I just don't feel like explaining some of the reasons to consider. But there are def valid reasons out there.

I really disagree with your take on why people hate people. It's just way too easy to blame it on success and jealousy. It's way more and deeper.

There is a frag KZfaqr who did a video of his entire collection - maybe a couple of hundred bottles - giving a very brief review of each one. He said he did not pay for a single one, and said if you're jealous, just remember, you can do this too. But.....and here is the thing......HE DID NOT HAVE A SINGLE NEGATIVE REVIEW OF ANY, AND I MEAN ANY, OF THE FRAGRANCES IN HIS COLLECTION WHICH WAS GIVEN TO HIM. What are the odds for that? That he wouldn't dislike a single one. Is it OK to criticize that?

What I like the most about KZfaq reviewers is the information about fragrances. Not only how it smells, off course that’s subjective, but the background information. About the manufacturing, company, designer etc. And things about the IFRA regulations, layering, good tips and advice. And, some humor, self reflection and a blink with the eye. And my beloved Mister Smelly, your in-depth reviews of classic fragrances are very welcome. Keep up the good work, cheers and all the best to all fragheads! Keep smelling authentic and great!🌷

Mr Smelly. They are legitimate reasons why some people actually hate some of people on your list other than them bring good looking, successful or an attractive female. Jeremy Fragrance for example charged Nich/expensive prices for his own Fragrance brand that smelled like mass applying designer Fragrance like dior Savage. That and he produced meh reviews these days unlike the past which he used to have a lot of passion in those videos.

Hard to imagine anyone hating Ross from TLTG. He's relatable and easy to listen to.

Mu favourite reviewer is AC from Smells Good. I like his chilled out character, sitting on his chair and calmly explain his stuff. Plus I know we have similar taste. Other reviewers I don't have any negative feelings for them. Sometimes I watch them and wish them all the best. Life is to short to live in anger/envy.

Let’s not be so eager to dismiss the hate. We’ve not heard from the haters here, and they may have legitimate grievances no one wants to bring up. This is an interest group that is getting overrun by paid shills, and there is also a natural migration of TikTok E-THOTs. Consider how natural it is to go from telling some simp how wet you are (for cash) to composing a top 10 list of fragrances that make you “so wet” video. How about if we show some maturity and integrity in this hobby and separate ourselves from shit like that instead of celebrating an infiltration?

I really enjoy TLTG...in fact i'd say him and Justin (Stayfresh Productions) are my two favorite KZfaqrs in the community right now. Discovered a lot of fragrance houses through Ross's channel. Not too familiar with MiamiCuddles and I know of Demi but only saw 1 or 2 of her videos but had no issue with her content. Also I met Jeremy at a Kenneth Cole event in NYC a few years ago and he was a really nice guy...very approachable and friendly. Haven't followed his channel in years but saw clips here and there where he seemed a little...eccentric....but still he was really cool when I met him.

Jeremy is actually a pretty nice guy, he just shows off the more edgy side. And being polarizing is more effective on social media, you get more clicks and comment. And why do i think he is a nice guy, he often talks quite open about him/ his business on the German channel. I started to watch his videos because of the advice he gave, because of his attitude. Nowadays i don’t watch him anymore, because he quite repetitive.

TLTG seems like a nice guy… family man.. works for a living.. seems alright in my book.

Her bf also works for FdB sooooo....people are cautious about loving what she does if she just can get her own fragrance thru connections. But honestly who wouldn't try to get your own if you had a connection and had a great nose for scents.

You really went on this wrong, putting it all on jelaousy. That's superficial and simplified view. A lot of people still base their views on morals and certain values and if someone is outside those parameters they will be judge and resented. That's how the world works. As I said in another comment, Jerremy is egoistic junky (I can't stand junkies) and Demi is a sell-out beside being horrible person.

I try not to be a hater, in fact I enjoy all the channels listed here for the most part; never watched the Miami guy though . However, I cannot stand Chaos Fragrances. I even hate the channel name. Just has a “gamer” vibe to it and this guy is telling viewers what projection beasts to wear to get the “ladies”. I know there’s a massive crowd of KZfaq viewers looking for just that but not why I watch fragrance videos on KZfaq nor is that who I’d be watching if I was. With all that being said I don’t wish him anything but success.

And TLTG is fucking amazing! He has worked his ass off!

Jeremy is just ENTERTAINMENT. Even though I don’t care about his videos I wish I had a flawless fit body like his 😆. I follow reviewers by their taste and seeking for rare gems, variety of scents to introduce; to me that’s what makes a true reviewer . Either way I support Jeremy’s entrepreneurship and yes he’s funny 😆

I cant stand Cubanknows, and Big Beard Business. BBB is a Fraud and a Sellout. He let Navitus put his name on a Fragrance just for a check. I follow Jeremy but I hate his love of Designer fragrances. The Designer world is DEAD. The Fragrance Apprentice is a lame hypocrite. I stopped following him a few years ago when he started lambasting about stuff and deleting comments.

Mr smelly will be one of those big dog fragcom channels one day. People are over the PC bullshiz and want real people with real opinions. This channel is the most unique fragrance on this platform. If your getting haters you are fixing to explode in popularity.

My reason I hate Jeremy is way deeper than jealousy and envy. I was one of the first subscribers. When he pushed the Bentley Intense, Mont Blanc Individual, and F Black. He would go under the rules he implied of 1. Compliments, 2. Long Lasting, and most importantly, 3. Price. He would look at the lower end of good fragrances. He implied he was about that. Got a loyal fan base. He then used that fan base to get them to invest in his Fragrance One brand. Then he got Alberto Morales, the most successful nose in perfumery to make his own scent. I was so excited. He's gonna look out. Gonna have the next epic legendary cologne, long lasting , and fairly priced. He was doing videos on how it costs more for the bottle than the scent. Basically said it costs less than $2 to make one 100ml bottle. Then the truth comes out and EVERYTHING HE was about was fake. A fraud. Yea he's good looking, but he is stupid. He then drops his Date and Office and then it hit me. Fraud! Fraud. His name is not even Jeremy. It's Daniel Schultz or something. He's Polish like me. How is he gonna just not get a ton of people to buy a much cheaper priced fragrance than a few buy an expensive one and lost all the respect you got. I mean he is dropping niche prices without even earning it. Those houses like PDM, Creed, they earned the right to charge that. They built a loyal following based on how they conducted themselves. Jeremy just said it and that was that. The best way to see I'm right is look on fragrantica or places and look at his ratings. The fragrance community threw him out. Sure he is sucessful, but based on other people's work. Alberto Morales got him that price. So now we see him drive his red Ferrari and I just honestly hope under my honest breath a drunk driver plows into him. Nothing worse than that. Haha. He betrayed a lot of his fans if you ask me.

I don’t watch Jeremy for fragrance info anymore… But I do find him amusing and refreshingly honest about what he’s thinking.. That’s more then you can say for most people on KZfaq..

He “created” a fragrance for Zaharoff and expects us to find his subsequent reviews of the brand impartial, as if anyone believes there was even a remote chance he was going to say anything even mildly critical about Signature Tabac. Goes on promotional events with Zaharoff, cementing the conflict of interest. Zero credibility.

I hate Mr Smelly because of his disrespect of Vlad Bully. I don't understand the hate of TLTG. Someone in the comments said it's because of the Zaharoff fragrance reviews. But really what can one expect, they're good friends. I take most of the reviews by KZfaq reviewers of other reviewer's fragrances with a grain of salt. The better video would have been 5 things KZfaq reviewers should do not to be "hated". KZfaq reviewing only requires one have a nose & be able to smell. Reviewers should take it upon themselves to learn journalistic and ethics basics. Another good video would be "Building the Ultimate KZfaq Fragrance Reviewer and Channel" This reviewer has the energy of Cubaknow or Big Beard B, the minimal formal fragrance education of Jus De Rose, the collections of BFL, Gent Scents or the fragrance guy(smelling great...), etc.

Seems like a paint all critique. Anyone who criticises KZfaqrs = jealousy. I get you want the views as well but no room for nuance? I mean Jeremy has had some serious accusations around his financial dealings and relationships that seem valid criticism. Not to mention the criticism of those who pander to a biased and unfair system. Also seems like KZfaqrs have a very thin skin when they volunteer themselves out there. Viewers owe you nothing. Maybe look at deeper reasons why instead of tatting themselves merely as haters/trolls and you may learn something.

Saw Miami Cuddles playing the guitar and thought he might be a misunderstood soulful guy. Some great points Dan but maybe it's just me, I might be a bit 'old skool', I have to disagree with your views on JF 😳 I am absolutely not jealous, I would actually hate to be him, the key word (for me) is frustration. I can't comment on Miami Cuddles, I've never watched his content but one thing that the other three on your list (including your good self) provide, is extremely valuable fragrance advice to those of us that are not in a position to own hundreds or indeed thousands of fragrances. That's the primary reason I (and I expect many others) started following all of these people/channels. Initially also JF but his content is now, it seems, about anything and everything else EXCEPT fragrances. More annoyingly, when the content IS actually about fragrances, the points made are often wrong and the views so inconsistent that it seems pointless to accept them as fact. The advice on your channel, Demi's and the TLTG channel is superb, valuable, very much appreciated and most importantly, consistent 😎 I see some hate in the comments and I agree with your points regarding those three channels 👍🏻 However, JF seems to be a victim of his own success and has now completely lost sight of the reason people supported him when he WASN'T famous..!
