It’s not easy to say “ I am doing therapy.” Because people would judge you and think you are crazy. For Renni to admit that she needed to talk to someone professional to help her with the loss of her mom takes a lot of guts. I am currently after the loss of my grandmother for the past year now and it has help me a lot. So do not let anyone who is a nobody tell you otherwise.

Yeah talking about someone mental state is just not it. I’m currently in therapy for losing my parent so i definitely understand where she’s coming from. For years, being in therapy or even making fun of someone mental state has always been somewhat of an joke, especially when it comes to black women/men it’s sad, but in some ways I can say it is getting better, but we should never use someone’s current mental state against them, especially if they’re healing or going through a tough time.
