Wow, this video was fantastic man. I just turned 18 years old and at 6 foot 3 I topped the scale at around 300 pounds about a month ago. That's when I decided I needed to make a change and have since then lost close to 35 pounds through lots of cardio, intermittent dieting, and drinking apple cider vinegar and normal green tea. I definitely noticed a much more tame appetite from a guy who used to be constantly hungry because I ate way too much and I did tons and tons of research on how to control appetite. Out of hours of searching this video really does blow everything else I've seen out of the water. You explain why everything works the way it does so perfectly to the point where its in depth but a beginner like me can still understand and I love how you use scientific studies to back your claims. I haven't seen even close that much effort from anyone else and it's incredibly helpful. In all my research I had never even seen once the benefits of peppermint and cinnamon so im definitely gonna have to give both a try. I also never bothered with ginger or Matcha because I didn't understand how they worked but the explanations in this video were so compelling im gonna head to the store right now. I really appreciate you going the extra mile with this video man, helped me out a ton and im gonna be sure to watch your other videos as well

It think I’m going to make myself a Hot matcha green tea with a tbsp of ACV steep some ginger in there and a dash of cinnamon then put some peppermint oil in my diffuser and chillax 😁

I'm trying to be OMAD and fail most days because of stupid Ghrelin! This video helped. I'm at hour 19 right now, the Ghrelin was a beast today. Went into the office kitchen, found some green tea, and it helped - just a bit. Going to the gym fasted later today, and won't eat until 25 hours after my last meal. The struggle is real. Gotta get ready for Summertime Though - so its on! Taking advice from another DeLauer video - gonna have some bone broth before the gym - so I guess I won't be totally fasted, but almost. LOL And Keto 100% after.

I love making pumpkin soup with ginger and cinnamon 1/2 cup pure pumpkin (in a can) 1 - 1/2 cup water (to make it liquidity add more water if you like it thick add less water) Ginger grinder- 1/4 teaspoon - 1 teaspoon Cinnamon grinder- 1/4 teaspoon -1 teaspoon You can add more if you was better flavoring Also the more water the less it tastes so adding the spices helps boost the flavor and also i add stevia so its a little sweet to me. It might not be a lot but if you pour it into a small bowl and it will look like a lot and lower your appetite. Calories depend on the pumpkin, the calories range between 30-60 calories depending on can, mine was 45 calories for 1 serving which filled me up really well, so 2 servings for my can would be 90 calories… if you want more food ideas i have them!

So do I...lol but if you start off slow like once day introduce your buds to it you’ll get use to it and become more tolerable of it. Also he didn’t mention this but the 1tbsp of acv add that to a cup of water. Never ever take that straight that can mess up your esophagus eventually. Think of it like eating lemons 🍋 they erode your enamel.

You talked about apple cider vinegar, I like “Bragg” now they came out with a new apple cider vinegar called “Refreshers” with prebiotic and they have several flavors I like apple cinnamon, when you drink it it has no acid taste. I hope this works. I’ve been eating 1200 cals a day for 3 months and I’ve seen weight GAIN only. Mt doctor refuses to acknowledge that o have a medical issue or that medications could cause this.

here's a tip :if u have covid and lost taste or smell thats the best time to drink apple cider vinegar try drinking at least 5 cups a week and a detox tea twice a week along with a daily walk or 30 mins of active time, and lower your sodium/salt intake in about 4 weeks you'll probably lose 30 or more pounds .

Ever since I've been always looking for how to stop my appetite but everything didn't work to me😂. It just heleped me to maintain my weight (I stopped gaining weight) my weight bcame consistent (49kg) for 5yrs😅 I'm I'm just 5.0 inch. Only covid gave a ways for me to lose weight for only 3 days, from 49kg to 40kg. That was 2 yrs ago, now I hate to say that I'm slowly returning to my old self, my appetite is increasing and I gained 4kg. I'm hear to stop myself from gaining weight. 😂. I don't want to reach 45kg or it weill gonna be an open gate again for me to instantly transform into a 49kg. My weight is playing around 43-44.45kg. I hate it since my clothes were starting to feel uncomfortable again. I will try buying peppermint oil and will go back to my habit of adding cinnamon in everything that I consume. I got addicted doing this last year but for some reason I stop doing it, so maybe this is why my appetite increased. I'm acidic so I might skip vinegar. And so say, too much ginger is bad for kidney. I did make ginger tea before bit I stopped doing it after someone told me ginger is also has a bad effect 😵. I hate the taste of ginger when mixed into foods. I can only take it as tea with honey amd lemon but I'm afraid I took a lot of ginger tea from the past. .. Maybe I will occasionally have it. Matcha, yes I do love it but It's kinda expensive for me since I couldn't found a jib yet. I can only have a matcha when Occasionally my sister wants to go to sb. I nwver try to buy amd have a stock at home. I have green teas but consuming it too often will only lead me to struggle sleeping😂. Anyways I learned new things from this video
