The application was terrible, folds through out the hood where they couldn't get the wrap flush. watch 30 seconds in along the woop of the hood.

I can not belive that the nr. one is the chameleon paintjob!! it was new in the 90's! new car with this paint looks like they are old.... my opinion...

What amazes me about that is that back then, a quart of that paint cost more that that entire dip job did and if it was on one of the Cobra Mustangs from the factory and that was wrecked, Ford actually sent out somebody that was trained in how to shoot it to repaint the car after the body shop got it to that point! That 911 was done with Plasti-Dip, Dip pearls and/or flips (can't remember which) powders, then had a clear top coat applied, all with maybe $1000 in dip, powders, gun, and masks that can be applied in your garage! That in real paint would likely have been $15k or more, yet if you get bored with it, you can shoot more dip over it or just peel it off and go back to stock.

yeah, maybe ok in Canada, but in L.A. the Disney building had to be dulled down because of the shine, it was high gloss metallic. so in California, i think there would be a law against driving a car like the silver one. sure is beautiful though

Omg people the caption says heat sensitive not hot water sensitive. You can see in the video that it's cloudy. On a sunny day a car with darker paint can reach over 150 degrees, I'm sure that's enough to cause the reaction they need. Boiling water just speeds up that reaction.

Okay, that's cool and all, but ummmm........ When will streaming hot water just randomly fall on your car to make the image appear? Rain is not hot. The only time you would be able to do it would be to go get hot water somehow and then pour it on the car, like in the video. Just imagine..... Your crazy friend rolls on up in his seemingly all black car. He then jumps out all excited and says..... "Hold up yo! My car does something really cool! Gimme like..... 30 minutes and I'll show you!" Everyone is now looking at him like he's lost his damn mind.... Then, he turns to his friend who's house everyone is chillin' at and asks... "Hey Mike, my man... Can I use your stove right quick so I can boil a big pot of water real quick?". I'm just saying, because the image only appears when hot water is poured on the car, I just don't see how you would be able to enjoy the effect very often, or suprise others with the cool effect. That being said.... I want the glow in the dark car immediately!
