Pulp and peacemaker would be up your alley. Neither have any nudity that I remember but are pretty violent so be prepared for that. The other titles I’d stay clear from because those do have HEAVY violence and nudity and might not be your cup of tea my friend.

I’m a fan of both so I’ve always refused to not focus on both no matter what the algorithm says! And I do agree we need way more of it as well! Thank you for watching and being a part of the community!

Great vid! Yes! Glad you put Peacemaker in your list. I LOVED THAT BOOK! "Bruce Wayne has been kidnapped!" Lol. Very underrated and I wish this book had more of a spotlight on it.

Bro!!! It was so short! I was left craving more but the ending felt so right. Yeah it’s rare when I feel or show emotions like that so when I do I make sure to make note of it. Such powerful books on here! And appreciate it! Was a gift from the wife!

I am glad to hear you were so impressed by Monsters. I was too. Pulp iscon the to buy list. I would like to see a review on the Peacemaker. It sounds fun. I was very impressed Ben! I can do some coverage on peacekeeper because it truly deserves it. And no rush to manga, enter into that world at your own pace because it’s a vast world just like comics! It’s good making videos again! I’m happy to hear you are still enjoying the content!

Agree with all 5 of those. Great choices. Very rare today that online recommendations are genuine, with so many bad faith actors recommending books that align with their agenda’s - but this is 5 top quality books 👍👍

I’m happy I finally read it also. It was as amazing and impactful as everyone said it would be. Truly an incredible piece of art and story but MAN was it a heavy heavy read haha I was warned going into it tho.

Nice list man. I’m happy there are very little superhero books on here. I’ve read some of these. Pulp is probably my favorite Brubaker book. Monster felt way too bloated with filler, the art is incredible though, I’m on vol 4 of berserk and loving it.

Thank you and thank you for watching! Yeah when I’m looking for a quick read OR something new and fresh I go the indie route. Monster is great and its art is super impressive. I think I read he drew it all with a ball point pen? Could be wrong. But Try and give it another chance if you can. A lot of it feels like filler but everything connects I swear haha it is an extremely slow burn so I see your view 100% and it may not be for you but it’s worth having if you ever do crave a thought out slow burning story that builds into something bigger. LOVE that you’re reading Berserk!! Appreciate you watching and hearing your opinions! It’s always cool hearing how views, taste, and opinions all vary from book to book. Shows how different we all are even though we are all still nerds at the end of the day haha

I recently read "Monsters" by Barry Windsor-Smith too. I had to pause a few times because of the disturbing and sad stories, but it's one of my best reads this year. Great choice for a top read! I'm also eagerly waiting for your latest videos. I'd love to hear your thoughts on "Wasted Space" and "Moonshine“ next, pls. Thank you 😊

I did the exact same thing when reading monsters. It took me over a month to read because I kept pausing to read something more light lol Still blew my mind as a story tho! I can put out something on those for sure! I have to read both of those first so it may not be super soon but I’ll make sure to produce some coverage for you! Thanks for watching!

Nice tan! Loving the new setup! Have you read "My Favorite Thing Is Monsters" by Emil Ferris (book two just came out). Those have been my favorite books of the the last....forever. :)

@@Illuminerdy_ Hi. They are paperback graphic novels. But gorgeous paperbacks. It’s not an ongoing series so there are just the two. You will be amazed by the art. Gorgeous. Done with Bic colored pens. It can be a heavy read at times but it’s also hopeful and beautiful
