Hi Tiff, I appreciate that you are noticing the diversity in the roles that we can accommodate as you mentioned at about 4:30 in your video where we are moving into different roles. My question is, can HR keep up? Are Hiring managers also going to have to change how they see candidates as being agile and filling multiple roles? I do that as I code, work with AI, have a degree in Data Science, work in Land Use Law, Economics and Business Intelligence. The diversity is a challenge to have HR understand the use of having multiple skill sets.

Thank you! That is a great question. When I worked at IBM I used to mentor kids and we used Scratch to teach them about coding and also develop more logical thinking skills for the digital world!

By the way i would like to suggest you to make something about how AI and programing could make a better world. I mean as a development engineer since more than 15 years, i would like my job have more sense. I don't know if you know what i mean. My english is bad :D.
