Phalanx you can basically delete the text and just add "30% attack speed and 21 of each prots" to the stats and it's clearly insane. I agree about overcapping CDR but if you're full build and are overcapped with breastplate, it's worth selling it lategame for contagion (or something similar) because the stats are practically the same but you also get a contagion passive.

For Jorm i actually had a lot of success with that proc build that you played with earlier , maybe it cause he's really such a safe character and his 2 can do some great dmg but all of it combined really shows for me ,although it's on the squishy side in my long games and can be hard to manage when everyone is full build , with good communication and teammates , it can carry hard.

Tbh, I've been having a blast with cthulu solo, build a warriors axe and bountiful bao, prophetic, charons coin second item, glad shield third, pridwen, then manticore spikes, it's been super fun and I usually win lane unless I get camped 😤
