There are some free stock video websites, subscription websites, and websites that charge per video clip you download and they each have their pros and cons.
In this video, I’ll cover my top 5 favorite stock video websites.

Pexels has both royalty-free images and video footage.
It’s a great place to get started when searching for stock video and you can download the video clip and use it without attribution.
Since the videos are user-generated, it may be time-consuming to find quality video footage.

Videezy has a large selection of HD and 4k stock video libraries, including free and paid options.
For the paid options, you can pay per clip or for a bundle of clips.
Envato Elements

Envato Elements offers a huge library of stock videos for a monthly subscription.
The big benefit of Envato Elements is that they also offer music, sound effects, photos, video templates, and just about anything you may need for any creative project.
And you can download as many assets as you want. Unlike free websites, the quality is much higher, and sorting through usable video footage takes less time.

Pond 5 also has royalty-free photos and videos, but you have to pay for each clip or a monthly membership.

lol $200 for a clip... These recommendations are not great... artlist is $30/month and unlimited quantity. Most people are not looking for film-grade clips, just high quality.

that expensive one was 1 out of 5 recommendation, only for high-end productions. I used Envato Elements which is unlimited and not just stock video but everything else too. I run a production company and paying $200 for a clip on high-end project makes a lot of sense for the level of quality you won't find elsewhere.

So Envato Elements wins compared to Artlist in my opinion for that $30 a month. Just to give you background, Envato is getting 20 million hits a month and Artlist is getting 5. Seems like a lot of people agree with me on that point.
