Well Ichigo's bankai is literally just raw power.. it isn't anything special. It's basically stat boost. Unlike these ones.. they could literally affect the terrain or even manipulate the fight against the opposing side.

if anything, his final bankais ability is just fusion. it combines all his races into perfect synergy and it lets him use other races attacks (like gran rey cero with getsuga). he has no unique abilities in bankai but he for sure has abilities @marclenraymagdaraog691

Shinji didn't lose to Aizen because he explained his shikai's abilities, he lost because he was under Kyoka Suigetsu the whole time. Aizen didn't learn to inverse all of his movements and instincts in seconds, he merely stopped playing around inside the shikai.

@@user-iv4wl1fv7k Doesn't matter. It's the same thing. Explanation or not (and again, he's talking backwards) Bambi's ability is the perfect counter to Shinji's. She can just fill the entire surrounding area with bombs. Her knowing which way Shinji is irrelevant when she can send bombs in every direction simultaneously.

It works to his advantage baiting false counters. He doesn't tell them enough and even if they do figure out he's withholding info, they can't account for the fact that even the way they turn is reversed and he can switch back a particular direction to normal if they start reacting to it, throwing off their rythm again. Aizen was just so smart that he figured out everything and adjusted after just 1 attack. Bambietta could swallow the entire seireitei in her bombs if she wanted to. Shinji couldn't stop her from obliterating everything, plus he was on the ground, unless he knew what she was about to do, he'd wouldn't escape the explosion. Even Shunsui and potentially Unohana would get wrecked by his shikai

nozarashi and zangetsu are not good shikais, the only purpose they serve is to allow the wielders to draw out more of their reiatsu which means theyre only strong because the people wielding them are insanely strong

Yes but thats just raw power and for all we know other captain level soul reapers could do the same thing. Even if not, raw power will never really be able to win against hax. You could have the raw strength to punch a hole in the sun but any basic bitch telepath could make you believe you were a chicken and have you picking corn from their hand. Then you have abilities that can manipulate or apply CONCEPTS.

Man, I created a Shikai when I was 11 that as almost to a tee (at the time) the copy shikai. I'm 29 now. I created it as my shikai, and it had the restriction of you having to learn each copied shikai just as if it were your own. So possiblly years to actually learn how each copied shikai works, and even longer learning how to string them together to be as effective as possible.I learn things very quickly and easily, and can just do things it takes people quite awhile to learn to do. So a powerful shikai for me would have to be exeptionally versitial. Able to adapt and change things up with me during a fight.

Shunsui's shikai does have a crippling weakness, though. The Zanpakuto has full control over which game they play and when. Plus, you're subject to the rules too

Rurirro Kujaku being shown but not listed is a crime. Sure, we've only seen it in action once, but a nearly inescapable trap with a decent range that passively drains the strength of the enemy and gives it directly back to it's wielder? I feel like Kubo never had Yumichika usw it again because he knew how hard it would be to write in a balanced way to showcase it.

Aizen's ability is such BS that the writer wrote himself into a hole. It took Ichigo using all his powers to temporarily defeat Aizen, but using his ability, he could have just made Ichigo think he's somewhere else instead and his OHKO attack is useless.

Many effects are proportional to the reiatsu of the user, that's not really a downside, if we speak of technical ability. Enrakyoten is absolute Nr1, the power to use ANY shikai the user know is INSANE, also one can use more abilities at the same time, Ancestral Sword are something else. The real downside of that zanpakuto is that it consumes the wielder's life. Ichimonji apparently negated this video 🖌️To me Suzumebachi and Wabisukr are top tiers too, their owners aren't super strong but the hax is there. Just imagine those powers used by a someone with strong reiatsu and Supah Speed, in two hits is 100% game over.

Byakuya should replace shinji since aizen is there. In a fair fight headcaptain will shoot fire everywhere burning aizen even if he can't see aizen. Would've liked if shunsui was there since he can attack and have ranged moves and hide in shadows and cut any color. If the enemy doesn't know to pronounce color then he can't cut shunsui like 1st Espada on his arm. Shuhei shouldn't be there.

Other downside of Tokinada's Shikai is the fact that it kills the user. It syphons the user's lifeforce, which is why he's the only member of his clan to use it. My list is Ichibe>Shutara>Aizen>Soi-Fon>Ukitake

I’d argue Ryujin Jakka is only strong because of Yama. It’s a fire based sword and that’s cool, but give it to anyone else and it wouldn’t be considered the best anymore.

In the fake karakura rown arc aizen himself stated that he would have lost to yamamoto and also stated that ryujin jaka is the ultimate zanpakto(this literal comment about yama's zanpakto means his shikai is stronger than aizen's).TYBW Aizen's shikai is stronger tho.
