I think yourself budget is enough. You can easily buy swift,I 10 , Hyundai accent,amaze or any other car but keep in mind some simple things
1.never buy from dealers, they will charge a very high margin they will buy a car in 2 lakh n sell u in 3 lakh
Buy direct or use OLX
2. Never buy a car with running more than 35000 because in this range u can simple confirm the reading buy checking that all tyres must be original
If owner has changed the tyres than it means he has tempered with odometer don't buy his car
3.make it sure that car is in original paint
Never buy repainted car it may be accidental
4.demand and study service history of car
5. Match the address on RC with the address of owners different address indicates that he is dealer or another party
6. Always go for 1 St party cars
7. First see the car your self n if u like the car than take a trusted mechanic with you he will charge rs 500 approximately n he will thoroughly inspected the car for you
8.try to know why owner is selling the car
Mostly rich people just get bore of their cars n sell them,try to find such people
