Yes you can drive or uber as none of the resorts offer shuttle services to the theme parks. If you would like to rent a car, we do offer discounts on car rentals here orlandovacation.com/car-rentals/ . We do offer hotels that have shuttle service to the Disney parks though if you are not driving.
