3 жыл бұрынWalleye were the target species for our next video of CLAY VS JAY, but this time we headed up to Northern Manitoba for a little smack down on some golden Walleye! Caribou Lodge is one of my favorite place to visit in the winter time so it was fitting that I finally made the trip up here for some summer fishing! I must say it was some of the best Walleye fishing I have ever seen!! I made the trip up to the North passing through Swan River and hitting up the AIS station to get my boat checked.

Can't be stated enough how great Norm at Caribou Lodge is! Most hospitable host I've ever had and really tries to put his guests on fish. An absolute beauty!

been to grassy river dozens of times. never a let down. Be sure to contact Norm from caribou lodge outfitters. great guys and great fishing. the walleye are never a let down, the pike are big and great lake trout fishing. trolling with jon boy spinners and cranks. simon house is the hottest spot for walleye although its great all over the lake.

Great vid! When were you guys up there? I was fishing lakers on the long weekend at Cranberry. Laker fishing was super slow so I switched gears and went for walleyes. Hammer time! Is it just me or are the walleyes strong up there. Unreal.

Please teach me how to jig for Lakers in deep cold clear glacier formed lakes! I catch 6lb Smallies and 10-13lb eyes jigging for them but have never caught a Laker here in the Finger Lakes (NY).
