Great video, it’s funny at least to me that in the beginning of Almost each video you start with Rachel saying that she has a lot to say about the topic and you agreeing with her. Anyway thanks for posting great content I have ADHD and SPD and a good deal of the stuff that you post help me with my everyday life. Thanks

If my child is grossed out by the look of his puree should I have him play in it more to desensitized him? He shivers over the site of food hanging off the bottom of the spoon and this is creating a barrier for his self feeding skills. I taught him to scoop, scrape, and then bite but I think his comfort level with the food needs to improve.

Hi! Yes, it sounds like he's struggling from a tactile standpoint! If he's able to touch the food, he's more likely to tolerate putting it in his mouth! We recommend including more messy tactile play into the day - with messy food and non-food items!
