This video is about how to use nootropic adaptogens to heal your brain damaged by chronic stress.
When something happens during your day, regardless of what that stressor is, your body responds the same way every time.
Your HPA axis kicks in and sends a cascade of hormones into your system. Dominated by a flood of cortisol from your adrenals. To fight the effects of stress in your body.
The symptoms of chronic stress show up as brain fog, anxiety and depression, weight gain around your waist, not feeling rested after a night’s sleep, and catching every cold or flu bug that’s going around.
Fortunately, you have easy access to an elite-class of nootropics that help your body cope with stress. And avoid the damage it can cause.
Bringing your body back into a balanced, healthy, optimized state. They are called “adaptogens”.
This video will explain how chronic stress causes brain damage. Then you'll learn what an adaptogen is and how they work.
Then we'll cover the top 7 nootropic adaptogens proven in clinical studies and through real-world use - to help you recover from chronic stress.

Love the channel! Should someone choose one the these adaptogens to take or take a combination of several of them? For instance, if you had a combination of stress, burning sensation all over your body on the skin, (maybe from stress, hormones or something else) and tinnitus in one ear, that's been getting better but spikes occasionally and gets worse with stress... Been to so many Dr. And none can tell ma what's wrong...but all want to prescribe different benzos, antidepressants etc. My gut tells me it's some form of stress induced deficiencies. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Marcel, you can use a combo of the supplements I mention in this video. But it would be best if you tried them separately and one at a time. Because you don't know exactly the cause of your symptoms. The only way to have any hope of finding a solution is with some experimenting. If you try something that works then I highly recommend learning everything you can about that supplement. Find out exactly how it works in your brain. Then look for supplements that work similar to the original you had success with.

Carol, that is the challenge because you need to figure out what in your brain is causing your problems. For example, it could be any one of a dysfunction with acetylcholine, dopamine, norepinephrine, serotonin, or GABA. I suggest looking into the mechanism of action for drugs or supplements you have tried that did not provide any benefit. Then you know what to avoid when choosing the next supplement to try. You will find the best nootropic supplement for you through trial and error and the process of elimination. I wish there was a shortcut to share with you. But there isn't. It took me 2 1/2 years to get better. Thankfully, it won't take you that long because the homework and research has already been done. Use that to your advantage.

I would help of course but haven't the time to train someone from the ground up. If you know of that special person I would appreciate and introduction. :-)
