I used the Magic Armor for one thing: Whenever I found a chest and my wallet was full, instead of leaving the rupees in the chest, I’d use the Magic Armor to empty my wallet just enough so I could take it.

I always got kind of annoyed at oot for just getting rid of the fairy ocarina. In the manga ganondorf mistakes it for the ocarina of time and leaves the actual behind for link to pick up so at least there's a reason for losing it.

Idk, the Ocarina of Time looks really stupid with that blue tint. I would expect it to look a little more antique with a clock attached to it. Like a clockpunk design.

Incidentally, the Giant’s Knife doe just as much damage when broken, though its range is minimal. Also, the broken one absolutely shreds Dark Link, apparently due to his AI not accounting for the blade’s different shape.

It's just dawned on me! The Magic Armour from TP is a Sonic reference! It's gold, powered by currency, makes you invincible whilst it has power, turns blue without power and you're not as fast in its powered down state, as you are in its powered UP state!

I'm late, but... The reason Impa and Sheik disappear after using deku nuts is because the player was stunned. You regain consciousness after a little time has passed. BTW, I love your channel!

I think that Sheik, and impa actually just stun link then run away. maybe he can't actually remember anything when he's stunned. and for him, it just looks like a flash of light then they're gone

gamer wizard be does go blue, it's just that from link's perspective, he just sees the flash, and that's it. he doesn't remember when he's stunned. and really? you're going to say that because nuts don't work on people that they shouldn't work on link? what about swords to the Gerudo thieves after you get the membership. they don't get hurt by your attacks anymore. this isn't skyrim.

Tbf Twilight Princess is the most generous with its Rupees out of any other Zelda, and they're super easy to get. Especially if you defeat all the Poes that lets you meet a cat that gives you an infinite amount of Rupees.

Minigoron- 5-6 years for a broken sword. Biggoron- 3 days for a sword twice the strength of a sword made by Hylia (basicaly god)

According to Zeldapedia, it can be re-bought four additional times before the durability maxes out at eight hits. Also, its damage is identical to that of the Biggoron Sword.

Personally I consider the horse whistle (forgot what it's actually called in-game) that Ilia gives you after you rescue her in Twilight Princess a runner-up in this list. While being able to call your horse from pretty much anywhere is nice in of itself, you'd really only need her to travel across the vast overworld, the effect can be easily replicated with horseshoe-shaped grass all over said overworld, and by the time you get Ilia's whistle, you're far enough in the game where you can just have Midna warp you to wherever you need to go.

TickedOff Priest i'd say plenty match or beat it in pointlessness. you can buy a bomb bag before getting the blast mask (or the upgrade right after), making it pointless. half the masks serve no purpose beyond the quest they are tied to, you even have to pay 500 rupies for access to the all night mask, which gives you half the reward the giant's can aid in getting while not altering combat at all. even if it's for one fight and is optional, you can't really say its the most pointless mask, though i don't intend to change your mind.

zetsubou1v1 Says you. Because the shield protects you from the Blast Mask's attack, I did not need a single bomb during the entire course of the game. (Save for powder kegs and the bombchu for the the moon dungeon.

I love using deku nuts! I used them all through ocarina of time 3D (before I lost my copy). It's pretty useful for getting hits on more difficult enemies

I wish the magic meter wasn't cut from Twilight Princess. It's even in a screenshot on the back cover. Even though the magic armor isn't that good, you have to admit it looks great. If there was a PC version of the game, I'd definitely use a mod to have the normal clothes look like that.

pdragon619 True, but even then, you'd have to go back and refill all the time. I don't particularly care for the damage protection, save for a couple scenarios, but the look of the armor is exquisite.

The deku nuts are actually pretty handy: 1. Poes-If you use them against Poes when they disappear, they’ll immediately reappear, saving you from having to wait a cycle to attack them again (especially helpful in the Forest Temple) 2. Barrinade-If you use the deku nuts after you’ve stunned Barrinade with the boomerang, you can get rid of all the jellyfish he has around him with one deku nut instead of having to run around with your sword. Definitely not practical in a majority of situations, but they aren’t horrible…sometimes you just need nuts 😎

6:24 In regards to the Telescope, there is ONE very useful use for it. Those gulls that fly over Big Octos are sometimes incredibly hard to see (and not all of them are pointed out by the telescope guy) so using the telescope to find them is actually very important.

+Arthur Nosenko The Gamepad can be configured to work on a windows pc over bluetooth with some funky work arounds. Then on PC you can configure it as a "xbox 360 controller" and use it in Dolphin Wii / Gamecube Emulator (In TP's case Gamecube because Wii forces Wii controller)... Whilst not the case in this specific cut of the video since this is footage from the Wii version - it IS technically possible to play TP Gamecube with the Wii U Gamepad. #ForScience

+DreadzKaiser In the original MM you get an extra cutscene where Cremia hugs you, it IS however useless on the 3DS version where they for whatever reason removed it (don't ask me why, it's not like ahug is considered non child friendly right?). Both versions gives you 200 rupees tough you can easily farm that up in Ikana castle

2:01 speed runners use Deku nuts all the time to stun enemies, they also make the Poe sisters become visible again, they kill bubbles in jabu, kill barinades jellyfish, and are just amazing

Here's a tip for the rats in windwaker. The pink ones are the only ones that can be pleased and the blue rats that throw bombs are supposed to be like the real bombchus from Majora's mask and cannot be pleased.

Fun Fact: Apparently in Twilight Princess, the game was supposed to be have a magic bar similar to Wind Waker. And the magic armor was supposed to use that instead of rupees. But for some reason, that was crossed off before the release. (In the Wii copy at the back of the box, you should see Game pics with a magic bar.

I get my Goron Knife from the carpenter when I give him the saw. lol. And I only pay 200 rupees to Malo after I do that quest for one of the Elder Goron... but its SO ANNOYING! In the comic ( or manga ) of ocarina of time links ocarina is taken by Ganondorf as he thinks its the ocarina of time. Soon realizing its not he brakes it. +Gmaniac01 I actually didn't mind the Magic Armor in WWHD. I used it more than I did in the original anyway, seeing how that one constantly drained your magic power while you used it, while the one in HD only costed rupees when you got hit. To me it just made it more useful. But that's just me.

Mlpfanboy PH and ST were bad because you had to constantly go back to a certain place, do the entire dungeon again and again while avoiding those creepy phantom knights. ST was worst bcos yes, the shitty flute and how I cant remember a single song from it and PH allowed you to explore the ocean but in ST, it was pretty fixed.

If you didn’t know, in the ocarina of time manga, link gives ganondorf the fairy ocarina as a decoy. He does break it later, but that’s when it has more explanation as to what happened to it.
