Thank you again for another great collection, I especially love the performance by Yvonne Catterfield singing "I say a little prayer for you" that was great, I didn't know she had such a beautiful voice.

Who would think Dusty Springfield's 1968 Son of a Preacher Man would be sung in an audition 50 years later. I loved it. And I love it when a song from my era is given life again. "Just Once" was great.

This type of shows started around 2002, with American Idol, little later came X Factor and at 2011 we had this show, the Voice. In the beginning there was a lot of hope by the artists that signed up to appear, it really was very promising... But as time went by it became clear that this shows was there to make money, and to promote the careers of the judges. So now, all the really talented contestants no longer bother coming... I know how difficult it has become for pureemotionmusic to put together weekly top 9 Video, I respect the effort, and I hope things get better...

*@Everyone* You guys`re Not giving Mr, Poteat Credit,though: His version of the 1981 #17 Hit Sung by Soul Vocalist James Ingram Sounded Pretty Darned Good,too! He nearly sounded like Mr. Ingram,Himself,WHILE Singing it! Hey....HE GOT 5 Chairs,FROM HIS SINGING! He is definitely a Dark Horse,Performance-Wise!

Speaking of Michael`s Song,Did you know it was ORIGINALLY Created By Quincy Jones,But Sung By Soul Vocalist Veteran James Ingram,In 1981? Yep! It reached #17 On the U.S. Billboard Top 100,In the Summer of 1981,#11 On the U.S. Billboard R+B Charts,And Finally #7 Under The "Songs" Version of the Adult Contemporary,At the same Season, Summer 1981! Crazy,huh?
