Bargain Balloons is the best as far as I am concerned. Shipping from Canada to Tennessee is always $8.92 no matter how heavy your box and takes only 3 to 4 business days. Qualatex has let us down in suppling the most common of colors. I have tested Kalisan, Decomax & Gemar in this Tennessee summer heat and they hold up almost as well as the more expensive Qualatex. The K, D & G brands are all little larger than Q which allows us to make perfectly round balloons at 10” to 11” - not so with Q (Qualatex.) I do very little outside jobs in the heat of summer but when I have to, my clients are made well aware of short lifespan of the balloons and the quick color change. I tried using Hi-Shine once & that was a BIG mistake! Balloons become oily and dry with streaks. Love your videos… spent most of my day off looking at your beautiful work! Thank you for sharing your talent!

Thank you so much for this video! I've been using balloons online and bargain balloons but I always get damaged balloons in the Qualatex bags so I wasn't sure if it's just defects from qualatex or because it's these stores.

I disagree when it comes to those who are just getting started. The cheap balloons allow you to build your confidence without it being expensive. Everybody have to start somewhere. Meaning it’s not affordable when you starting out to invest in the all expensive inventory especially when you trying and practicing to hone your skills before you branch out and get professional bookings. After that as business builds up and you transitioning from your first install and balloon decor and you’ve made some money on an amateur level (eg. friends, family, church, etc). If I had to buy the expensive balloons at the very beginning, I wouldn’t have started at all.

Thanks for your comment. We both speak from our own expeirnces. The way I see it, if I take the time to practice and create a beautiful piece and I want to take pictures and start showing it to family and friends or even post it on Facebook group to start promoting, I might as well start with balloons that look good and give me a better chance to get someonee's attention. The quality of the dollar store or Amazon balloons is very low. It's demotivating to work with those balloons not only becasue of the quality but the limited sizes and colours. If wasting balloons is a concern, there is alwasy the possibility to untie them in a very easy way. Another option, suppliers like Bargain Balloons, offer balloons ar a discounted price and any of those brands (not mentioned in the video) are a better alternative to dollar store balloons. And for everyone’s reference, (in average and depending on location) the price per a single balloon at the dollar store is $0.12 the price for a Tuftex balloons is $0.15 🤷🏻‍♀️

Agree and with you and where I live they don't even want to pay for cheap brand Balloon are they going to pay for expensive one ....don't agree
